After a first professional career in retail tech between New York and Los Angeles, she moved to Lisbon with her family in 2023 and changed everything in pursuit of a slower, more soulful, and more aligned lifestyle. Since then, she teaches group, private, and corporate classes weekly in Lisbon, and she has led over a dozen wellness retreats in Portugal for international groups of all backgrounds. Pauline works primarily on supporting the unique needs of women through their full life cycles and transitions using yoga, meditation, mindfulness, community, and retreat experiences for holistic well-being.
