
Zen In A Box

This is a simple, guided breathing technique, often called "Box Breathing." It's both a form of meditation and a physical conditioning that strengthens your voice and releases stuck energy in and around your throat chakra. Like any shift from mind to body, it can bring multiple benefits. After my brief introduction, there is a music track to follow and guide you through the 4 steps of each breath: Breath in - Hold - Breath out - Hold. Each step is held for a count of five.
