Today is no more fear with our kidneys and adrenals.
Fear is one of those built-in survival,
Flight,
Or flee mechanisms.
Even as babies,
We possess the survival instincts necessary to respond when we sense danger.
Fear is a reaction that involves both the body and the mind and triggers brain responses that cause the heart rate and blood pressure to increase.
Each time you experience a reaction from fear,
You lose a part of yourself to that fear.
The bodily tension of gripping and tightness in the solar plexus and abdominal region,
Along with heart palpitations,
Is where we feel the most fear in the body.
But why do we give so much fear power?
Why don't we give all that power to love instead,
Or to peace or joy?
Fear isn't the culprit.
The memory associated with it actually stops us in our tracks and closes the door to future opportunities.
This keeps us seeking safety at home rather than venturing out and living life.
Let's prepare for meditation.
Find yourself in a comfortable,
Quiet place where you won't be disturbed by family or pets.
Either put a pillow or roll a blanket under your sitz bones to keep your spine elevated.
Take your awareness to your back,
At your waist,
On either side,
And place your hands there,
Or one hand,
Or your intention.
Imagine those kidneys like kidney beans and the adrenals sit on top like little caps.
So pull all your attention and all your awareness inward to your kidneys and adrenals.
Both the kidneys and adrenals take a lot of abuse in life.
Coffee,
Sugar,
Eating fast,
Work,
Family,
And money stress.
And the kidneys need your attention every day.
So place your hands or your intention there now.
Take a deep breath in as big as possible and a nice big sigh exhalation out.
Big sigh release through your mouth.
Again,
Big breath in and a nice big exhalation out.
And one more time,
In breath and out breath.
Relax your shoulders and keep your attention on your kidneys and tune in.
Imagine a golden light emitting from your hands right into your kidneys and your adrenals.
The golden light is like a flashlight allowing you to see directly into your kidneys.
Can you see that first experience where you had fear?
Can you sense that very first time you experienced fear?
Was it in infancy,
As a toddler,
Or perhaps at kindergarten when you first went to school?
See if you can find that very first time you experienced fear.
Whatever memory pops up is good.
And once you see the event of a fearful experience,
Imagine sending that gold light into that situation and embracing the memory with love.
You can see like a cord wrapping around that memory of love.
Now add another stream of energy,
Perhaps like a pink light,
And wrap forgiveness around that memory.
And keep your awareness on your kidney and keep that deep breathing and send light,
Love,
And forgiveness into that situation.
To the first time you experienced fear,
You are flooding the kidneys and the adrenals with love.
And imagine them filling up with that golden light.
It's energizing and healing.
Wash away physical toxins and emotional ones too.
Deep,
Deep breathing.
Send that prana from your deep breathing to the kidneys.
More oxygen is good for the kidneys.
Kidney Qi offers clarity and clear thinking.
Adrenals give us motivation and hope and fill them both up with a high velocity of light and love.
And as you do so,
You might feel a little buzzy feeling.
It's all good.
Now gently rub your kidneys with a hand or hands in a clockwise circles,
Pulling upwards towards the top of the kidney or towards that adrenal gland.
So clockwise and pull up gently,
Just touching your skin very gently.
And that pulling up energy pulls up that kidney Qi,
Which rises in the body.
Now gently pat your kidneys,
Offering a bit more energy to them.
As healthy energy flows back into your kidneys and your adrenals,
You'll experience more wisdom rising,
Courage and willpower,
Clear perceptions and self-understanding.
To strengthen your physical kidneys,
Drink clean purified water with organic lemon juice every morning.
Vitamin C is good for the kidney health and adrenal health.
