Activate Worthiness is a short guided imagery practice to bring focus to the limiting belief pattern of self-worth. Using the lower chakras, I guide you to anchor your intentions and awareness and release feelings of unworthiness and not feeling enough. To change limiting patterns you must be aware of the pattern. A perfect daily practice.

Namaste.

Welcome.

I'm Kumari Devi and we're going to activate self-worth with a guided imagery.

Please be in a comfortable place where you won't be disturbed by family or pets.

You can sit or lay down whichever is more comfortable for you.

And as you settle into your seat,

Wherever that is,

Take your awareness to your first chakra and imagine gluing your bum to the chair or sofa floor wherever you are.

So in doing so,

You're grounding all of your energy into your first chakra.

So pull all that attention,

Pull all that energy down into the base chakra.

So we're pulling all your attention to those lower chakras one,

Two,

And three.

And as you pull that awareness to one,

Two,

And three,

Really push down on that coccyx and push down into your seat.

And feel your presence wherever you are right now.

Feel your energy in your body and your focus is base chakra.

Now take a very deep breath,

A deep deep deep deep breath.

Sometimes it's hard on the first breath.

You take a shallow breath instead of a deep breath but you could breathe out and then breathe in and bring the breath up through the nose and hold it for one,

Two seconds and then release it.

And then take another very deep breath in,

Hold it for one,

Two seconds and let it go.

And one more time,

A nice deep and long breath in,

Hold for one,

Two seconds and release.

So those long breaths,

The deep long breaths are soothing to the central nervous system and they bring you more fully into the body.

It's helpful if you also hold the breath for one,

Two seconds or longer and then release it.

Take all of your attention to your second chakra.

Bring your complete focus to this chakra,

Chakra number two.

You can put your hands there to bring your mental focus right to second chakra,

Right below your belly button.

Take a long deep breath in through the nostrils and see if you could bring your breath down to your second chakra and then release out through that area.

Sometimes helpful to imagine a wind coming out of your second chakra or a faucet.

You're opening the faucet and allowing the energy out.

So your intention and your focus are on your second chakra and keep that long deep breathing in through the nose and out through the second chakra going.

I see the first three chakras as the subconscious of the body.

It's where we hold the most emotional energy.

For me the second chakra is key to unwinding feelings of lack,

Not feeling enough,

Codependency,

Jealousy,

Betrayal and hurt.

So as you take your focus there to the second chakra keep your hands there and all your awareness.

Repeat to yourself or out loud,

I am worthy.

And imagine a beam of light energizing that chakra from your hands.

You are infusing the second chakra with worthiness and say I am worthy.

As you infuse that chakra with light notice what you sense or feel.

Maybe heat,

Maybe a color,

A vibration,

Geometric symbol.

And repeat I believe I am worthy.

And again see a beam of light from your hands infusing that chakra number two with light.

And notice again any sensations or feelings.

Repeat I am worthy.

Infuse that chakra with a beam of white light.

Repeat to yourself I am confident.

Imagine a white light energy infusing second chakra with I am confident.

Repeat to yourself or out loud,

I am enough.

And with your hands on the second chakra imagine a white light infusing that second chakra with I am enough.

You are energizing the chakra with your intention to activate self-worth in you.

Make sure your breath is long and deep.

Long and deep breaths into the body and out of the body with your hands and your attention and awareness on the second chakra.

Repeat repeating to yourself I am worthy.

I am enough.

I am confident.

I believe I am worthy.

You can keep that mantra growing.

I am worthy.

I am enough.

I am confident.

I believe I am worthy.

With deep long breaths.

As a good meditation practice each morning it's important that you stay aware of what you are saying because it takes a conscious effort to change.

Imagine your bum onto the chair that you're gluing yourself into this reality bringing your focus to one two three chakras.

When your attention in your hands on your second chakra you repeat the mantra I am worthy.

I am enough.

I am confident.

I believe I am worthy.

Perfect.
