Hello,
This is Kumari Davey and a new Enlightenment podcast.
Today I want to talk to you about non-duality or ways in which we can experience life without putting a judgment upon our experiences.
One of the ways is to not judge how we're feeling during the day or judge the day at all.
So the process is to experience your day without labeling it,
Regardless of what's going on during that day.
So just to be present with it and work on not being swayed by good influences or bad influences or rain or sun.
But be in the day without complaining about the day.
I know it sounds so simple when we talk about it,
But when we're in the experiences of other people we tend to be swayed by their energy or the energy of what's going on around us instead of staying present and mindful in our own self-awareness.
By having the experience without placing a criticism on the day,
You'll neutralize the experience for yourself.
You'll become or you'll be in that non-duality.
The mind will stay balanced.
And the more you practice,
The more you stay in that mindful idea or that mindfulness.
So I'd like you to perhaps practice,
Because everything takes a little practice.
Practice and let me know how you're doing,
How you experienced it.
I mean,
If you're commuting,
You're on the bus,
Or you're carpooling with somebody and somebody's having a bad day,
That energy is sometimes hard to stay out of,
Being pulled into somebody else's drama.
So see how you can stay mindful and present in the moment.
