Today we're going to talk about surrender and letting go.
You could use this as a guide in meditation or visualization and find yourself in a comfortable place with your back straight but your body not rigid or uncomfortable.
Relax and drop your shoulders.
Chin is parallel with the floor and your eyes are closed or looking down.
Breathe evenly through both nostrils.
Allow the mind to become void of thought as you breathe in and out.
Allowing the breath to calm the central nervous system.
Slip into nothingness and into silence.
Imagine you're in a boat floating into a quiet cave and allow the mind to come into stillness as the boat stops.
Surrender to what is.
Be at peace.
Surrender to what is by imagining you're standing in the middle of the busiest intersection in your community completely naked.
Let go of any perceptions or judgments you have about yourself.
Accept yourself in that moment.
Notice what the mind says.
If your mind is chatting,
Dialogue with the imbalance.
What can you resolve to be okay with standing at that corner completely naked?
What do you need to let go of?
Surrender into the moment.
Let go and just totally relax.
Surrender into peace.
Surrender into self-acceptance.
Surrender into self-love.
Feel that energy of love and acceptance and peace.
And practice this visualization as often as you wish and Namaste.
