Letting the breath stay in there,
And then slowly exhaling out from your mouth.

Hold your breath.
And then exhale out.

The deepest breath you've taken all day today.

What kind of energy do you invite?

Start by seeing yourself in this meditative state.
Maybe if you are sitting down cross-legged,

See yourself as a third person and observe.
What do you do after this meditation ends?
What do you do when you open your eyes?
Maybe you take a moment to stretch.
Maybe you journal.
Maybe you move on to your morning ritual or you start your day.
Avoid any judgment,
Any analyzation.
Just observe.

What do you consume?
What do you want to consume?
What kind of colors do you see?
What kind of energy do you feel?
Moving forward to your career.
How do you serve this world?
Where do you get your abundance from?

When you have finished work,
Finished your midday activities,
How do you start to unwind?
Maybe you meet some friends,
Maybe you have a friend,
Maybe you have a friend that you can talk to.
How do you start to unwind?
Maybe you meet some friends,
Partner,
Family.
Maybe you go home to your safe sanctuary.
Maybe you have an afternoon or evening routine that you follow.
What does it look like and what energy does it invite?
And then we move on,
Where you see the sun starting to set down.
You absorb the last bit of sun rays before whispering your gratitude for today.
Inhale in deep,
Soak in the sun rays,
Soak in the energy from the sun,
And then exhale out.
You see the moon starting to shimmer at the night sky.
What does your night routine look like?
What do you do to relax before falling into your deep sleep?
Maybe you finish up some things,
Maybe spending time with someone.
Absorb all this calming,
Relaxing,
Healing energy.
And then watch yourself climb back up to your bed,
Lying down,
Maybe tugging yourself underneath the covers.
Again,
Taking a deep inhale,
Exhaling out,
Release.
Release all the tension,
Release all the energies that's sticking from this day today.
Let it all go because you're about to turn into your deep sleep,
Your best sleep.

Before you doze off,
Express your thankfulness for this day.
Express the opportunities that you were given,
And thank them for it.
And before you doze off into your subconscious,
Whisper together,
Thank you for this gift of life.
