The thing about love is that it is often romanticized in a grand way,

So we fail to realize how love is constantly around us.

Whether it is love from the sun sharing us its warmth,

Love from the morning dew that lets us take that sip of fresh air every morning,

Or love from the soul that constantly tells us,

I am here to support you,

We live in love.

Let's take a deep breath from our nose,

Taking in that love,

And slowly from our lips exhale out love.

When times are hard,

We are most often blinded from love and grace,

And that's okay,

Because when you decide to turn around and remove all the blocks that stops you from receiving love,

You step into your life with more compassion for yourself and for the ones around you.

When you realize that you can always find love,

Although in some days it can be more challenging than others,

You are even more connected to the power inside you,

The power to share the same love that the universe exhales.

Focusing on your heart space,

Take a deep inhale as you bring your palms on top of your heart,

Exhale to sigh out love again.

Give yourself some time to scan your body now,

From the crown of your head to the tip of your toes,

And notice the parts where you can bring in more compassion or ease today.

Notice if some areas need more love today.

Let's take a deep breath from our nose,

Take a deep inhale as you bring your palms on top of your lips,

And notice the parts where you can bring in more compassion or ease today.

In this practice,

My friend,

You are receiving and sharing love,

And for that,

I thank you.

I thank you for pushing through the days where life feels hopeless,

The days that you feel numb,

And the days where it feels like everything is going against you.

Thank you for pushing through.

Thank you for being here.

Thank you for radiating your love,

For it moves our collective energy higher.

Every time you hear the melody of the birds chirping in the morning,

Or the tranquility of ocean waves splashing against each other,

Be reminded that this is the outcome of your love.

You are capable of love,

And you are love,

Always.
