So I invite you to find a comfortable position that could be either seated or lying down.
Allow yourself to get settled and allow your body to relax.
And we'll begin with some deep breathing.
If it's comfortable for you,
Closing down the eyes,
Or if you prefer just softening your gaze,
I invite you to inhale through your nose for a count of four,
Hold for a count of four,
And exhale through your mouth for a count of six.
And let's do this together two more times,
Inhale,
Hold,
Exhale,
Inhale,
Hold,
And exhale.
And now let's move into our affirmations.
I will say each one and you can repeat it silently or aloud.
Let these words resonate deeply within you.
I am capable of achieving my goals.
Every step I take brings me closer to success.

Challenges or opportunities for growth and learning.

Notice how it feels in your body to achieve this.
