Where are you?
What's the weather like where you are?
Is there a breeze?
Is there a lot of noise or is it full of stillness?
Begin paying attention to even the smallest details that you can notice.
Any smell or sight that stands out.
Really begin to notice how this place is making you feel.
Are you happy?
Excited?
Content?
Focus on this feeling and gently wrap your arms around it like an embrace.
Feel the feeling tight and feel its warmth on your cheek.
Keep holding on to this good feeling and continue to breathe.
Deep breaths in through your nose and out your mouth.
In through your nose and out through your mouth.
What else do you see?
Look for the small details in your happy place.
Really create that image in your mind and those feelings in every cell of your being.
Is anyone else there?
Or is this completely your place of solitude?
Breathe in and exhale.
Stay with these feelings for a few more minutes as we breathe.
Remember,
You carry this happy place within you.
And with just a few moments of focus,
You can come back to this place.
Reconnect with the energy.
Reconnect with how it made you feel.
This space always exists within you.
You take it with you everywhere you go.
Enjoy the feelings for a few more breaths.

Slowly open your eyes.
