In this guided meditation,

We will work together to release your worry,

Sadness,

And stress.

Before we start,

Create a peaceful environment.

Dim the lights.

Get comfortable.

If you have essential oils or an essential oil diffuser,

Using something like lavender or rose essential oil will help to set the scene and get you in the perfect energy.

Take a deep breath.

Allow your eyes to close gently.

See yourself relaxing by a beautiful lake.

There is a breeze that softly blows over the lake and you can watch all of those little tiny ripples it creates on the surface of the lake.

Everything here is so calm and pleasant that it brings a feeling of complete peace.

Allow this calm feeling to wash over your entire body and your mind.

Breathe in deeply and allow this peacefulness to fill you.

Look around.

What do you see?

What do you hear?

I notice that birds are singing in the trees,

Softly.

They're chirping and singing.

These are their little happy sounds.

Notice how that makes you feel.

It brings a little lightness.

It brings a little happiness inside.

Take this time to release any worries,

Any disturbing thoughts or sadness that you may be feeling.

Let those feelings float up and out of you,

Away from you.

They float far away.

Whatever happened today that's bothered you,

It's time to let that go.

That's why we're here.

We're in this beautiful space.

Nature changes that energy for us.

It will transform it.

Let it up and out of you,

Let those worries out.

Know that you're really in control of your mind and your body.

You can choose to allow these emotions to leave.

When you do this,

You'll free up space in your heart and mind for positive things to come.

When life is all about creating what you want and choosing good thoughts that make you feel good.

When you focus on the positive,

You get more positive experience in your life.

When you release negative thoughts,

You make space.

Let's make some space together right now.

Release the things that are weighing on your heart.

Think about them for a moment.

Examine them and then release.

See those negative thoughts leaving your body,

Going out on a way far away.

In your mind's eye,

Picture yourself now in a stormy,

Rainy situation.

As you open up your umbrella of positivity,

You see how you're really protected from all that's going on outside.

You're safe.

You don't have to be a part of that heavy difficulty.

It's your choice how you react to whatever comes your way.

Know that you have all the tools you need inside.

You just have to choose to use them.

You can see your life from a happy place,

Happy perspective.

Worry and heavy thoughts and sadness are your choice.

You can simply set them free and let them ripple away across the surface of that lake.

Or fly up into the air,

Into the atmosphere,

And be released.

Let these things go,

All the things that have been stressful to you,

And make peace within yourself.

Make peace now with the amazing person that you truly are inside.

As you look out over the serene lake,

Nurture yourself with your loving thoughts.

Release any negative images or ideas about yourself.

You have a choice in what you believe.

Your mind is your greatest asset and your best tool.

Now take in a deep breath.

As you breathe,

Allow good feelings to fill up your heart and your mind.

Peacefulness,

Calmness are all around you.

Take in another deep breath full of those good feelings.

And as you exhale,

Release any of those lingering feelings of self-doubt or unworthiness to leave you.

So one more big breath.

Bring in the good feelings.

Bring in that light,

That sparkle,

That shine that's going to energize you and leave no space for darkness.

Exhale.

Come back to that beautiful,

Peaceful place with the lake and the birds chirping in the distance.

And as you start to open your eyes,

Bring that energy back with you into this present moment.

It's here with you.

It's within you.

And the good thing is that you can come back to that place anytime you want to because you carry it with you.

How do you feel?

Stretch.

Come back into your body a little bit.

Is there a better perspective?

I think there is.

I think you feel better and I think you feel a little bit lighter now that you've worked to release some of those worries.

And remember,

Don't judge yourself.

These are normal things,

Normal emotions that we feel.

You can have good days and bad days,

But just know that you have this tool within you now so that you can release and move through the heavy feelings.

So bring that light with you now,

Wherever you go today.

Share that energy,

Share that exuberance,

That beauty.

Happiness.

It's a good thing and it's infectious.

You can help other people by sharing this with them.

Talk to them about the things that work.

Talk to them about the things that help you to feel better.
