Welcome.
This is Pandora.
Thank you for joining me for this guided meditation for self-love.
Whenever you're ready,
Find a comfortable position.
You can lie down or be seated in an upright posture with your legs crossed and your hands placed gently upon your knees or in your lap.
Whatever feels natural to your body,
Now softly let your eyes fall closed.
As you sit in stillness,
Begin by bringing awareness to any sensations in your body.
Notice what sounds and feelings,
Thoughts and expectations are present.
Allow them to all come and then go.
Allow yourself to become more and more still.
Relax and softly rest your attention on your breath.
Now breathe in deeply three times,
Concentrating and settling into the movement of your breath.
Breathe in and release.
Inhale and exhale.
One more breath.
Breathe in and release.
Remember there may be times where you're distracted with thoughts or sensations.
Don't worry or feel frustrated.
This is completely normal.
When you catch yourself being distracted by thought or sensation,
Thank your mind and slowly bring yourself back to the focus of this practice.
Let them pass and gently return to your breath.
After some time,
You'll be able to return to your breath easily.
At other times,
You'll be aware of body sensations or of plans in your mind or wandering thoughts.
All of this is completely okay.
Remember,
No matter what you experience,
It's important for you to be aware of it,
Accept it and be at ease.
See if it's possible in those moments when your awareness is gone somewhere else.
Notice how that flicker of attention happens,
That moment when you realize it's somewhere other than your breath.
See if it's possible to have an attitude of celebration,
Of congratulation,
Of recognition,
That this is a moment of awareness.
Easily bring your attention back to your breath in a friendly and non-judgmental way.
Continue to take deep,
Full breaths in through your nose and out through your mouth.
As you breathe,
Become aware of the state of your body and the quality of your mind.
Where is your body holding tension?
Is your mind at ease or filled with restlessness?
Are you thinking negatively?
Do you have doubts?
Now place both of your hands over your heart and continue to inhale through your nose and exhale through your mouth.
Ask yourself,
How does it feel to place my hands over this tender area,
This place where I experience love for self and others?
Continue to focus on your breath.
On each inhale,
Think to yourself,
I am worthy.
And on each exhale,
I am enough.
On each inhale,
Draw in self-love and each exhale,
Release what is no longer serving you.
Inhale,
I am worthy.
Exhale,
I am enough.
Notice how you feel as you say these words to yourself,
Full of compassion and kindness.
If your mind begins to wander,
Know that it's okay.
It's the simple nature of the mind to wander.
Take a moment and gently bring your attention back to your breath.
Inhale,
I am worthy.
Exhale,
I am enough.
Gently bring your attention back to your breath.
Notice how your thoughts come and go,
Whether positive or negative.
Allow them to pass by like clouds in the sky.
I am worthy.
Exhale,
I am enough.
Now,
Visualize yourself standing in front of the mirror and look into your own eyes.
What do you see?
Do you see grief,
Pain,
Or doubt?
Or perhaps confusion or anger?
Maybe you see joy,
Bliss,
And peace.
Do you feel neutral?
Regardless of what appears in the reflection in front of you,
Repeat the following affirmations to yourself.
I love myself.
I am beautiful.
I am worthy of happiness.
I accept myself.
I allow my true self to flourish.
I appreciate and acknowledge all of me.
I feel wonderful and alive in this very moment.
Prosperity flows through me at all times.
I am a powerful creator.
All is well and good in my life.
I am safe,
Divinely guided and protected.
I am loved by many,
And I love myself.
I love myself.
Know that this moment,
What you see within yourself in the mirror,
Might be different than what you'll see next time you look.
Regardless of this,
Know that no matter,
You will love yourself to the very core of your radiant heart.
Let this love warm you from your heart center,
Filling the rest of your body.
Feel an infinite sense of calm traveling up through your chest and into your neck and head,
Spreading out into your shoulders,
Down into your ribs,
Your belly,
Your pelvis,
Legs,
And feet.
Thank yourself for taking this time today to reconnect with your inner being.
Allow this sense of gratitude to fill you completely as you take a deep breath in and release.
Being thankful for the breath right here,
Right now,
Fully alive and present in this very moment.
It's the warmth,
Love,
And compassion that gratitude brings into your heart.
Bring your awareness to your abundance,
Your expansion,
Your evolution,
Empathy,
And light.
Your ability to see growth and potential in every moment.
Feel more grace and ease with every breath that you take.
Now,
Slowly begin to return to your surroundings.
When you're ready,
Perhaps move your head from side to side just a little bit.
And then think about wiggling your toes.
Even point your toes like a ballet dancer.
Slowly start to open your eyes.
Just let a little light in at first,
Giving yourself permission to shift or stretch in any way that feels comfortable to you.
Congratulate yourself for taking the time today to relax your body and your mind in this way.
Remember how it felt with your hands on your heart.
Sit with yourself for a moment and with your heart and acknowledge the unique experience that you had during the self-love meditation.
Remember every time you revisit this meditation and you have that moment in the mirror with yourself,
You'll see something different.
You'll see a different part of you beginning to emerge.
This is powerful.
Good job today.
Thank you for joining me.
Good luck.
Good luck.
Good luck.
Good luck.
Good luck.
