Hi,
This is Pandora.
This manifesting meditation will allow you to amplify your attracting power.
You will align yourself with the loving energy of the universe so that you manifest the changes you desire.
This meditation is about 15 minutes long.
It's a good idea to practice it while sitting or lying down in a comfortable,
Quiet space.
Let's get started.
Make yourself completely comfortable now and make sure that you will not be disturbed.
The ability to manifest lies within each one of us.
All it takes is learning simple techniques in mindfulness through things like meditation to awaken this power.
Contrary to popular belief,
Meditation is not about completely clearing your mind.
We have a mind for a reason.
Meditation is training your mind to perform exactly how we intended to instead of allowing the mind to drag us around.
The most helpful thing that all of us have access to at any time is our breath.
Our breath has been there since the moment we were born and every day it's keeping you alive.
So by honoring our breath when we're ready to set intentions,
It creates a very powerful experience.
Let's begin by setting the intention to manifest the changes that you desire.
Say to yourself now,
I manifest the changes that I desire.
Let's honor our breath by taking five significant and dedicated breaths.
One,
Fully inhale,
Expanding your belly and chest as much as you can.
Hold it for a moment.
Pause two to three seconds if you can to hold and exhale,
Feeling a wave of relaxation sweep over you.
I'm going to do this one with you.
Exhale,
Hold and exhale.
When you exhale,
Allow a sound so that you can feel that air and hear that air exhale,
Releasing all of the toxins,
All of the pent-up energy and things that you've been holding onto in your cells.
We're ready to breathe number three.
Inhale all the way,
Filling in your belly,
Feeling your chest expand,
Your ribcage.
Hold two,
Three and exhale.
We're going to do one more.
Inhale,
Hold two,
Three and exhale.
Last one.
Inhale,
Hold and exhale.
Did you feel that wave of relaxation sweep over you again?
Take a moment and take note of how you're feeling right now.
Your body now has an abundance of oxygen.
This energy from the oxygen,
It's how we were truly created to feel.
Breathing deeply and fully is an expression of self-compassion.
It unites us with universal love.
Remember to let your breath be natural now and notice how abundance feels.
It feels good.
This is your new tool that you can use when you're ready to manifest the reality you desire.
When you're feeling any kind of lack of motivation or negative inner talk,
You can immediately pause and take five deep purposeful and powerful breaths.
These breaths always allow you to relax.
Taking these conscious and dedicated breaths gives you clarity and amplifies your health.
So the next time you catch yourself at a standstill,
You need to take these five healing breaths.
The next time you feel yourself holding tension in your body,
In any space in your body,
Your shoulders,
Your neck,
Feeling like you're clenching your teeth or grinding your teeth.
That's a perfect time for you to take out time for yourself,
Take those moments to come back in touch with your breath.
Manifesting is easy once you know the recipe.
All you need is three things.
Desire,
Dedication and trust.
Desire is the first ingredient in manifestation.
You need to know what you want and desire and desire it so greatly so that you clearly see any path that you need to take to get there.
You need to be able to visualize it,
To really see the steps,
To really see what is necessary to create this,
To create,
To craft this part of your future.
Knowing exactly what you're manifesting is very important.
The more details you can add to your desire,
The better.
You write down your aspirations and goals.
You can set an exact time and it will be accomplished.
When you set an exact date and time as to when your goals will be met and write it down,
The order is firmly given to your subconscious mind and it's now taking action.
Take a moment to think about your dreams and aspirations and see as many details as possible.
Are you starting to see those details?
Good.
Keep focusing.
Add more details to that image.
Make it as real as possible in your mind.
Believe that it's right in front of you.
Good.
Now,
The second ingredient in manifestation is dedication.
Only you can put in the effort to take the steps toward your desires.
Network with others and motivate yourself to practice these meditation techniques every day.
You must dedicate time every single day to do something that takes you closer to gaining what you seek.
Only you can do this.
No one else can be dedicated for you.
Manifestation starts with you.
Good.
So notice how you're feeling now.
Now that you've started to put those pieces of the picture together in your mind.
What does it feel like?
Does it feel like something you can believe in?
Something that you're dedicated to?
It might take a little work.
Remember,
Anything worth having is worth practicing and working hard on and being dedicated to.
Now,
The last ingredient in manifestation is pretty simple.
It's trust.
It's the easiest part because you simply let go and trust.
You completely let go of thinking too hard about the things that you have to do to bring it all together.
And have confidence that things always fall into place.
Perfectly as they should.
You must know and believe with certainty that your goal is attainable and have faith in that.
The universe is here joining with you in this manifestation process.
Take a few moments now to really trust in your desires becoming reality.
See that image you created in your mind of what you want to manifest.
Make it as colorful and detailed as you can.
Trust in that image,
That thing,
That experience,
That person coming closer to you,
Becoming your reality.
Hold that image in your mind while you breathe from your belly.
It's getting closer.
Can you feel it?
Trust that image.
Trust that energy.
You're planting the seeds right now with that image.
And those seeds will take root.
They'll start to grow.
They'll start to manifest.
How are you feeling right now?
Check in with yourself.
It's okay for you to be feeling a little hesitation about the process because it's new.
Anything that's new might feel a little bit odd or uncomfortable.
But with practice,
You will start to feel more confident in this process.
Now say to yourself,
I know I can achieve my aspirations.
I deeply believe in myself.
I see clearly how my goals and aspirations are attained.
I have a great desire to manifest my aspirations.
I put in daily dedication that is required of me.
I always believe in myself.
I trust the loving energy of the universe.
Remember,
Visualizing is an extremely powerful way to manifest.
So imagine now that you have attained all that you desire.
See yourself vividly in your mind,
Having already achieved your goals.
Visualize with great detail yourself with your intentions fulfilled.
Notice what you look like and who you're talking to.
The more details you can add,
The better.
See the surroundings such as where you are,
The places you go and who is around you.
Take several minutes to vividly see yourself having manifested all that you wish.
This is changing your life for the better.
So remember,
Honor your breath every single day by taking a moment to fully breathe in and out several times.
When you breathe deeply,
You automatically relax.
And being relaxed is the first step in being in control of your life and emotions.
Sometimes we're not perfect and that's okay.
We need practice.
We need to trust.
We need to have faith in the process.
Remember these three words and remember to say them throughout your day.
Desire,
Dedication and trust.
That's your recipe.
Repeat them to yourself whenever you can.
You did a great job today.
You're starting something new.
You're starting something for yourself.
And you're taking care of you.
All of these are pieces of that puzzle that are needed to manifest.
