You will notice sounds.

Find a comfortable seat.

Make sure your spine is nice and long and that you are comfortable.

Gently close your eyes or find a soft gaze down in front of you.

Notice the sounds you hear.

Be observant.

Be curious.

Notice the sounds.

Without labeling.

Without judging.

Just notice.

When your mind wanders,

Maybe following a thought,

Notice that and gently bring your awareness back to listening to the sounds.

Notice which sounds are capturing your attention.

Listening with presence and awareness.

And continue on your own.
