Welcome to this meditation on living an inspired life.
To live an inspired life means to be grateful and to move with intention.
To take the time to get clear on what is your intention.
What is the direction for your life?
And one of the most essential questions,
What is it you really want?
What is it you really want?
Because when you know the answer,
You can take the steps physically,
Mentally,
Energetically.
You can align with this direction.
And when you are fully aligned with every cell and fiber of your being,
You will watch magic happen.
You will fall to your knees in thankfulness and embrace your life.
Embrace your life.
This lifetime is so precious,
My dear friend.
So very precious.
And I'm so glad that you have chosen to join me here for this practice.
So let us begin.
Allow your eyes to be closed and your spine to be long,
Relaxed.
Maybe you tuck your chin and make space in the back of your neck,
Turning all of your attention toward your breath.
What if your attention is an offering and you offer it fully and completely to this present moment,
To this breath?
Allowing your attention to sink in and down.
Yes,
You're focusing your attention.
And this is key to living an inspired life,
A life of joy,
Of abundance,
Of deep fulfillment.
And yes,
Dear friend,
This is possible for you.
This is possible for you.
And yes,
Dear friend,
This is possible for you.
This is possible for you.
Let your breath deepen.
Let it be long and slow.
Become a devotee of tending to your breath.
You may notice that your body starts to relax and that the mind becomes more and more still.
And it's okay if sometimes the mind starts to wander,
Thoughts pull you away.
And if this happens,
As soon as you notice,
Come back.
Come back to your breath,
This breath,
This moment.
Because my friend,
This is the moment,
A moment of creating,
Of creating.
A moment of creating,
A moment of aligning.
And what is it?
What is it that you really want?
What do you really want?
Notice what comes.
What is it that you really want,
Dear one?
Perhaps it's peace,
Freedom,
A partner to love,
A home with a garden,
Radiant health,
Or anything else.
Trusting what arises.
And then letting your heart soften and open to embrace this.
What would your life be like if you had this,
If you were this?
And what would your life be like if you had this,
If you were this?
What's the feeling that arises in your heart?
Giving yourself full permission,
Full permission to open to this,
To receive this direct experience.
Because if you can imagine it,
Feel it,
Sense it,
This will become your life.
You are magnetizing this to you in this very moment.
See it,
Feel it,
Sense it.
There is a saying,
Where attention goes,
Energy flows.
So put your attention on what it is you really want and give everything,
Everything.
Let us take some time silently to marinate and relax.
In this vision,
In this direct experience,
Letting it sink in on a cellular level.
We are here together in this potent moment.
Breathe and make space.
Imagine your life,
Living into the life that you've always wanted.
A life full of inspiration,
Fulfillment,
Love,
Abundance,
And ease.
A life full of grace,
Full of grace.

Give thanks.
Express your gratitude.
Express your gratitude for everything that you have received.
Feel the expression of gratitude and how perhaps it might feel like your heart is smiling.
Gratitude is magnetic.
So be grateful in advance for the inspired life that you are living.
