Energy Clearing & Infusion Practice

In this short experience we will clear any stagnant, negative, or unwanted energy that resides in the body & mind. Once we've cleared and creative space, we will then infuse positive, joyful, supportive energy into our being.

Hi there, My name is Allie. Thanks so much for joining me. I'm in one of my most favorite places ever right now and it's so nice to have you here with me. So we are going to do a little bit of a clearing and infusing practice. So let's get comfortable in a seat. You can be like me, I'm kind of in a thunderbolt position. Resting on my shins or you can be sitting on the bottom. And we'll take our hands to heart. We'll find some softness in the shoulders, In the back. In the face. Allowing yourself some time to settle. Into presence. Finding the breath in the body. Opening the channels of the ears to listen. You And we'll begin by taking the arms up ahead. Breathing in. And then on the exhale, We're gonna move the energy down with the palms. So imagining that you're collecting anything that doesn't serve you, Any energy that can go. That can be transmuted. So let's do that three times. We'll breathe in. Gaze can lift, Chest can open, And then exhale, We push the palms down towards the earth, Collecting the energy that no longer serves us. Two more times, Breathing in deeply and through the nose. Exhaling fully. Clearing. Making space one more time inhale Anything that's stuck. Moving it out of the body into the earth. To be transmuted. And pausing for a moment, Hands can rest in the lap. And we'll take three more breaths, The same motion with those arms and hands, But this time, On the inhale, We're gonna gather. All of the goodness, All of the abundance, The joy. The positivity, The love. And as we exhale and move those hands down the front of the body, We infuse. That energy into ourselves. Into our hearts. So let's do that three times, Inhale. Gather the goodness, Exhale, We move it into the body. We invite it in. Two more times. Once more, All of that beautiful energy. Collecting it. Infusing it. The hands now can rest at the lap. Or you can bring them to the heart center. May we be peaceful, Joyful. One with everything that surrounds us, Everything that's within us. May we be free.
