Big breath in,
Cleaning space for rest.
And exhaling deeper into the peace that surrounds you in this moment.
Let the quiet thicken.
Let it slow your breath Let it soften the skin between your eyebrows.
Let it melt into your jaw and shoulders.
And let it massage into all the areas of your mind and body.
Notice how good the quiet is for you.
How it has the power to free you from everything that is not in this very moment.
As you open up,
It cleanses you with its stillness.
Grounding you deeper into the here and now.
Reminding you that rest is your birthright.

To be.
