This short and accessible five-minute practice is for connecting with the elements of the natural world, even when our surroundings do not seem to offer this. The practice invokes the beneficial qualities of each element in turn, so that we can cultivate a sense of groundedness, acceptance, calmness and connection. It can be done when we are feeling anxious, disconnected or uncomfortable in some way, or at any time of the day to strengthen this sense of being a part of the web of life.
