Just for today,

What if you replaced your to-do list with a to-allow list?

Allow the universe to take care of you.

Allow your burdens to be lifted.

Allow yourself to be supported in every way.

Allow the flow of love to move to and through you.

Allow yourself to sink into your infinite worthiness.

Allow miracles.

Allow yourself to be enough.

Allow peace.

Allow ease.

Allow love.

Let go.

Surrender.

Trust.

A beautiful quote from Zaina Keithley.

Feel a light,

Buoyant energy cascading down from the crown of your head,

Reaches your forehead,

Flowing smoothly over your ears,

Softening tightness in your jaw,

And relaxing your throat.

Allow this light to travel down your shoulders,

Melting away any stress.

Let it flow gracefully across your chest,

Over your stomach,

Gently easing any knots or discomfort.

This shower of ease and lightness continues into your hips,

Threading rest through your thighs.

Feel this wave of ease reach your feet,

Allowing the floating energy to fill every toe.

Allow this ease to blanket your entire body with lightness,

Calm,

And buoyancy.

With your eyes closed,

Imagine your body resting gently on a soft,

Puffy cloud.

Its luxurious fluffiness cradles you.

Take a deep breath,

Inhaling the crisp,

Oxygen-rich air,

And exhaling slowly,

Becoming lighter.

Feel this lightness in your chest.

The world below gets smaller,

A warm,

Soft breeze effortlessly carries you.

The sky around you is a delicate,

Pale blue,

The refreshingly cool air gives you a sense of freedom.

You glide serenely with the clouds,

Enveloped by their softness.

As you float,

A cool mist caresses your skin,

The air that cradles you softly,

Drifting in a realm where time seems to slow,

Worries and fears appearing before you on each cloud.

As each cloud gently floats away,

Taking with it your worries and fears,

They effortlessly absorb your fears into the very fabric of the sky,

Carrying them away one at a time.

Open your heart,

Feeling it clear and free from the burdens of all that weighs you down.

You feel the weight you carried lift,

Feeling lighter and free of worry,

Surrounded by a tranquil silence,

Only sensing the gentle whisper of the peaceful mist.

You continue to float,

Noticing the gentle warmth of the sun filtering through gaps in the clouds,

Casting a soft golden glow.

You are completely at ease in the vastness of the sky,

Marveling at the beauty of the clouds that cradle you and gently absorb your worries and fears.

The feelings of ease and lightness swell in your chest,

Basking in a sense of weightlessness.

Another transportive session. The imagery, the guidance, and the feeling of lightness coming out of the meditation make this a keeper and incredible experience. This series is really rocking, Olivia! 🤘🏽
