We will cover topics such as establishing boundaries, expressing ourselves authentically, managing environmental sensitivity, fostering deep connections, finding a sense of belonging, and overcoming the belief that we are defective. By exploring these themes, our goal is to discover ways to better meet our needs, embrace self-acceptance, and thrive as introverts in a world that often overlooks us. Ultimately, we aim to learn how to advocate for ourselves and support our introverted nature.
