I invite you to breathe in from your mouth as it'll give you a deeper experience,
But you're also welcome to breathe in and out from your nose.

Deep woods,
Walking through this tough terrain,
Feeling the leaves beneath your feet,
Sensing the rain and the dew.
It's hard to see because it is such dense woods.
You're here seeking your ideal client.
You know that they're in here.

You've been looking for them for a while and you can't seem to find them.
As you search,
You see the back of someone's head.

You now realize that you've been caught in this loop of saying you can't find them,

But they've been here the whole time.

You start running towards them,
And as you get close,
You finally approach them and put your hand on their shoulder.

What are they struggling with in their life?
What's the one thing that you're going to help them with?

They tell you specifically the problem that's keeping them up at night.

You make note of the words that they're using,
The tone,
The feeling that they are telling you.

You make note of everything that they've told you.
You give them one big hug and tell them,
Don't worry,
I'm here,
I'm going to help you.

We're going to take three mindful breaths.
Taking a deep breath in from your nose,
Holding it at the top.
