Olivia Mansion is a seasoned entrepreneur, business coach, and mindfulness leader with over a decade of experience founding companies, scaling startups, and leading high-impact teams across marketing, strategy, and communications. She is the Co-Founder of FloridaRAMA — a 15,000-square-foot immersive art museum in Florida — and previously led one of Tampa Bay’s largest entrepreneurship centers, a 26,000-square-foot startup hub supporting hundreds of founders and innovators. Her unique coaching approach blends business strategy with inner work, helping entrepreneurs gain clarity, confidence, and momentum. Olivia holds a Master’s in Entrepreneurship from The University of Tampa and a Master’s in English Linguistics and Cross-Cultural Studies from Brown University.
