Beautiful soul,

I'm going to be guiding you through a breathwork meditation and visualization today.

Your higher self is always available to you at any moment of any day.

We'll be accessing that today through the power of your breath.

You're going to be doing a three-part breath.

You're going to be breathing in from your nose into your belly,

Into your chest,

And then exhaling from your mouth.

Belly,

Chest,

Exhale.

You're also welcome to breathe in from your mouth and out of your mouth.

A reminder that the deeper that you breathe,

The deeper the experience you'll have.

Let's begin.

Letting your breath guide you into what you need to see and hear today.

Breathing in,

Releasing the pressure that you might be carrying in your neck,

On your face,

Unfurrowing your brow,

Belly,

Chest,

Exhale.

Allowing the emotions to rise.

The pockets of sadness,

The pockets of anger that you hit in life are simply like turbulence on an airplane.

Belly,

Chest,

Exhale.

They can rattle you completely.

They can make you feel like everything is going wrong,

But you're safe and exactly where you're meant to be.

Belly,

Chest,

Exhale.

Allowing your breath to wash over you and release all of that tension and anxiety.

Belly,

Chest,

Exhale.

Sitting in your presence,

Feeling grateful for who you are,

For the journey that has led you here.

You are the strongest version of you.

Belly,

Chest,

Exhale.

You are the miracle.

Now from this place,

We're going to be taking three mindful breaths here.

Deep breath in through your nose,

Holding it at the top,

Exhaling from your mouth nice and slow,

Exhaling from your nose nice and slow,

Holding it at the top,

Exhaling slowly from your mouth.

Last one here.

Deep breath in from your nose,

Holding it at the top,

Exhaling from your mouth nice and slow.

Your higher self just wants you to say yes.

Yes to life.

Yes to opportunities.

Yes to your intuition and yes to the nudges.

Deep breath in,

Deep breath out from your mouth.

The universe and your higher self is going yes,

Come more,

Yes.

Deep breaths in,

Deep breaths out from your mouth.

Yes,

Yes,

You need not be afraid.

You need not have fear.

Deep breaths in,

Deep breaths out.

Just like when you're in an airplane,

It doesn't feel like you're getting anywhere.

It doesn't look like anything for a really long time.

Deep breath in,

Deep breath out.

But there's a destination that you are headed to.

It's in the GPS.

And not only are you the passenger,

But you are also the pilot.

Deep breath in,

Deep breath out.

One last breath in,

Holding it there.

And with this last breath from our mouth,

We're going to release all of the stress and anxiety.

And sitting in this as long as you need.

I love this meditation. I often dislike music, but the music here seems to work well. In addition, I often have difficulties with breathwork, but the three part breath technique really helps me. Wonderful little meditation!
