
Heal With Sexual Energy
Sexual energy is the basis of all creativity and free expression. This meditation may not be what you think and will steadily increase your bodily awareness and your connection to your breath. You are invited to build the skill of being able to warm yourself from your own inner fire. This meditation can be done each day over a 30 day or more period for a really deep and profound transformation on the most subtle of levels. Enjoy life. Enjoy sex. Enjoy you.

Hello and welcome to this meditation.
It's all about managing your sexual desires.
And we don't really want to manage them because ultimately that would be pretty arduous and pretty boring for everyone.
But perhaps what we might like is to move in a space just like we do with all other areas of our life and through meditation,
Where we can consider how we feel.
Not through active process but through what feels truly joyful as an honest expression of us and our powerful sexual energy that resides within.
Moving away from reacting and moving into honestly experiencing yourself in this powerful and embodied way.
So just sitting where you are,
Lying down,
Closing your eyes,
Breathing in and letting go.
Breathing in and letting go.
And just coming to the top of your head and almost letting go.
And almost like ink being dropped into water the way it droops and spreads and flows out.
Feel any noise,
Any tension from your mind in your nervous system.
Just imagine that it's floating down from your head,
Through your neck,
Through your chest,
Through your stomach,
Past your hips,
Down your thighs,
Past your chest,
Through your chest,
Through your stomach,
Past your hips,
Down your thighs,
Past your knees and letting it flow down,
Out and through you.
Like you've got two bath plugs in the soles of your feet and you're just pulling them out.
Allowing all of that stagnant energy,
All of that fuss from your electrical system just ground and drop out of you.
Feel yourself almost shrinking into your body.
Feeling that breath,
Breathing in,
Breathing out.
Breathing in,
Breathing out.
Taking that breath nice and deep.
Breathing in,
Breathing out.
Just allowing yourself to connect to that part of you that just registers this whole process as feeling really good.
Breathing in deep down between your hips.
Breathing out and feeling that whole area soften.
Breathing out and feeling that whole area soften.
Feeling that carpal ball joint in your hips and just feeling any tension from your hips,
From your groin.
From your bum,
From the bottom of your spine just travel down.
Down,
Over and through that carpal ball joint in your hips just feeling it travel down through your leg bone.
That carpal ball joint in your hips just feeling it travel down through your leg bone,
Past your knees.
Out your feet.
Feel as if you can breathe like you've got a balloon in between your hips just breathing in.
Breathing out.
As you do just relaxing,
Just softening.
Just relaxing,
Just softening.
And as you soften this area you can kind of feel that energy,
That sexual energy just feel free to kind of to yawn and awaken.
After being kept so pent up by that physical attention around your groin and your stomach and your hips and your lower back.
And as you breathe in like it's kind of being gently fluttered up your spine,
Just drawing it up.
Up into your back.
Up into your chest.
Feeling it bridge that gap as it flows up through your neck and your throat.
Up into the top of your head almost like a radio mast.
So you're breathing in drawing up that flutter.
The electricity from down below into your spine,
Up through your body to the top of that mast in your head.
Breathing out.
Letting it flow back down your spine into the rest of your body.
Breathing in like you're breathing in through your genitals.
Up into the bottom of your spine,
Up your lower back.
Up each disc in the middle back.
Up into your chest,
Feeling it touch your heart.
Up into your neck,
Feeling it touch your throat.
Up into the middle of your head.
Out the top,
Breathing out letting it flow back down and out around into your body.
Out into your arms and your hands and your fingers.
And out into your legs,
Your ankles and your toes.
Getting that cycle,
Breathing in,
Drawing in from the bottom.
And just gently breathing out when you get to the top.
Sending it all back down.
Feeling what needs to go root out of your legs into the ground.
But breathing in at the bottom of the spine through the groin.
Drawing that power back into you.
And just keeping up that cycle as I talk.
All this is really doing is just helping you circulate with intent your creative thought.
Into you,
Into your body,
Into your energy.
And in doing so you just connect the dots within.
So perhaps we might not react so impulsively when we reach out to the world,
To another or to ourselves.
To get that sexual release.
You're deepening your sexual experience by deepening your experience with yourself.
Breathing in at the bottom of the spine all the way up to the top.
Breathing back out.
Feeling that flow like water returning to a dried river down your arms and into your legs.
And connecting as you draw in just allowing somewhere to come to mind that needs a bit of TLC in you.
Could be an emotion in your chest or it could be a physical pain in your body.
Imagine that you're drawing that power up from below.
Up to that place surrounding it in love.
Breathing in up.
Breathing out down.
And still breathing in and breathing out.
Just allow that buzz and that glow to kind of flow out into your skin and the space around you.
And feel how some of that tension between you and the world and the energy around just fizzes off really.
Feel and imagine yourself glowing.
Come to the middle of your chest and just feel a smile there.
Like you're shining out that smile to your whole body.
Really feel it kind of physically pulse through you.
At any point the smile reaches that's grumpy and doesn't want to be loved.
Just imagine yourself giving it a little bow,
A little cutsy and just sprinkling some of that smile around.
All the same.
Breathing in.
Breathing out.
Still noticing that dance of the breath.
And as we come to we're going to imagine that we're opening our eyes but still breathing,
Carrying that breath through.
So breathe in,
Breathe out.
Open your eyes whenever you're ready to make that bridge.
Taking that feeling of unity in you forward into the rest of your day.
I'll leave you with a bit of music and just make sure you're ready when the time comes to be of this world again.

This was so gentle and inviting. I made a connection during this meditation thanks to something you said that this creative force within me... Within all of us, is a very loving force. I found it getting blocked around my heart, where I felt still hard, holding onto some shame around accessing sexual energy as a loving force.
