A light and fun Guided Journey made for all ages to listen and enjoy together. By using the imagination, and listening to my voice, you and your young people are welcomed to explore the breath in a gentle, effective and relaxing way. Using ambient sounds of the river, and focussing on the sensations in our bodies, you'll all be able to enage with the imagery and enviroment you create, to allow your bodies to reset and fully relax.
