Hello,

In this meditation we're just going to be focusing on cultivating and connecting to our innate happiness.

So if you're sitting or lying comfortably,

Close your eyes and just take a deep breath in.

Pause.

And all the way out.

Doing that again.

And once more.

Just feeling your body naturally,

Just recognise the moment.

Feel your body naturally just soften.

Just allowing yourself to sink into you.

Breathing in.

Breathing out.

And with a sense of playfulness.

Just breathing in to the middle of your chest.

Almost like you're just gently unlocking a treasure chest there.

Feeling any pressure,

Just breathing into it.

Into your ribs.

Underneath your armpits.

To your shoulders and your collarbone.

Your chest.

Breasts if you have them.

Just breathing in and feeling that whole area just go.

Just trusting that natural process as that happiness,

That joy is already within you.

Breathing in.

Breathing out.

And like ice melting,

Feel that glow,

Feel that warmth start to radiate from your heart.

Down,

Breathing it down into your core.

Down your back,

In between your hips.

Feeling it flow and roll out slowly and warmly.

Down into your thighs.

Down into your knees and your shins and your calves.

Down into your ankles.

Right down to the tips of your toes.

Feel that warmth build and flow out through your shoulders.

Down the tops of your arms,

Into your elbows.

Into your forearms,

Your wrists.

The palms of your hands.

Right to the tips of your fingers.

Feel that warmth,

Breathing it up into the tops of your shoulders,

The sides of your neck,

Back of your neck,

Your throat.

Up into your face and your head.

Like it's lighting up your brain like a light bulb.

Feeling it flow right to the top of your head and feeling that light,

That warmth from your heart pour and melt out like a gentle fountain from the top of your head.

Imagining it like water rolling down your skin.

All the way down to your feet.

Breathing in,

Feeling a smile begin to roll across your face and matching it with the feeling of the smile in your chest and your body.

Gently shining it out around you.

Just listening into the music.

Gently just feeling that feeling tune your whole being.

Breathing in,

Breathing out.

And in a moment when we open our eyes just bringing that feeling gently back,

Rippling it out into your day.

Enjoy,

Enjoy yourself.
