Hello,

It's Gina Ferrara from Oda Nada Reiki Healing Arts.

Today I will present an inner golden light meditation.

A time when energy,

Imagery,

And intention will offer grounding for mind and body.

The golden light can represent peace,

Strength,

Cleansing,

Renewal.

Prepare yourself to feel relaxed,

Refreshed,

And full of light.

Please find a safe,

Comfortable,

And if possible,

Quiet place to either sit or lie down.

Close your eyes and breathe.

Feel,

See,

Experience a golden light above.

Perhaps from the sun or from the divine.

Notice its warmth and glow.

Allow it to emanate peace and calm.

Slowly let it enter through the top of your head.

See the open lotus flower welcoming the flow in.

Notice how this light moves easily,

Smoothly,

And peacefully.

Sense the glow moving throughout your head,

Circling within your brain,

Massaging your temples,

Your jaw.

Ascending past your eyes,

Ears,

Nose,

And mouth.

Feel the golden light drip down into the neck,

Filling and surrounding your thyroid and everything within.

Let it float out to the shoulders,

Lightening tension pushing through knots and stress.

Allow it to move down to the arms,

Bumping past the elbows,

And coating your upper arm and forearm with warmth.

Send the light down past the wrists and into the hands and fingers.

They work for us day in and day out,

Often without notice.

Let this golden glow nourish them and release any stress.

Letting tension from within gathered from above right out through the fingertips or the palm chakra.

As the light is releasing,

You can maintain the flow that originated from above and continues to move through your body with its healing,

Warming light.

The light floats down from the shoulders into and through the chest and the torso,

Surrounding and massaging the beautiful organs and glands that keep us going.

Feel the thymus,

The heart,

Lungs,

Spleen,

Adrenals.

Let the light cover and fill the liver,

Pancreas,

The kidneys.

Notice it passing through the stomach and around.

Feel the bladder and the curving of the intestines.

Even if you do not know where these things are located,

See them illuminating with the glow,

Offering them healing and filling the inner cavities around them with the golden light of love and warmth.

Slide the light down through your hips and pelvis,

Circling the large joints,

Surrounding and tickling your reproductive organs.

Watch the glow descend down into the thighs,

Soothing the bones,

Muscles,

And tendons,

And surrounding the knees,

Offering them warmth,

Comfort,

And gratitude for a lifetime of wonderful movement.

Allow the light to fill the calves and ankles and pour down into the feet and toes,

Again offering kind massage and honoring their service.

Allow the energy to swirl all around them and any tension or pain be released as needed through the foot chakra.

Visualize the golden light streaming into and around all of the parts of the body.

Feel its warmth and healing and its ability to touch every place within you.

Experience this soothing power and allow it to swirl into any place that feels stuck.

Compute with golden light,

Experience this power and yet lightness of the energy.

Breathe deeply and allow the golden light energy to continue to flow,

Releasing what is painful,

Debilitating,

Or unnecessary.

Enjoy the glow and warmth and bask in this in this present moment.

Breathe.

Feeling the connection of the glowing warmth within you.

Begin to shift your awareness.

When you feel prepared,

Gently move some smaller places on your body.

Perhaps your fingers,

Toes,

Face.

Touch as you are comfortable,

Allowing movement to occur.

And very slowly open your eyes,

But allow this to happen gradually if you can,

Gently allowing the light to filter in over time.

And when you feel ready,

Fully open your eyes.

Take in several deep breaths.

And move some larger parts of your body,

Your arms,

Your back,

Your legs.

Take a moment to look around you.

Sense yourself and your power in this space.

And take your light glowing body with you and recall it as needed throughout the day.
