Welcome to our first full moon meditation of 2024!
A Leo Full Moon to bring in the new year with energy of the lion; proud, courageous, and inspired.

Welcome.

Welcome to our very first full moon in the year 2024.

This is the Leo full moon.

The beautiful,

Big,

Proud and courageous,

But gentle and inspiring lion.

And what a great start it has been to the year.

When I say great,

Sometimes it doesn't feel great.

It feels very challenging and intense.

However,

Here we are,

The lion in the sand.

The time to rise into a higher frequency as Mother Earth has already done so.

Now,

If you're new to these meditations,

You might like to stop this right now and go off and light a candle,

Get yourself some flowers,

Set the room,

Set the space with some maybe lovely smells and the ambience,

Candles,

Whatever helps you feel relaxed and connected into nature and yourself and into your heart.

I talk a little bit in the beginning just to set the tone of the month for the full moon.

So as I'm doing this,

Just start to relax.

Just start to let go of what happened before you switched this meditation on and letting go of what you're going to be doing after this moment,

This meditation and just bring yourself into this room or wherever the space you are.

Feel into your body,

Feel your lungs rise and deflate and rise and blow out that air.

Now we're starting to relax a little bit more.

We're in the full moon of Leo.

So let's take some of Leo's traits moving forward.

This year is going to be such a powerful,

Fast-paced opportunity to really dig deep and let go of resistance,

Heal those deep,

Deep wounds.

It's about our focus is on our self-care and our body.

As the Earth,

If you don't understand a little,

As the Earth shifted into a higher frequency,

She invites us to do the same.

And in actual fact,

If you want a better life with more peace,

More joy,

More tranquility,

More love and compassion and all these beautiful attributes,

Then we do need to do the work to move into this higher frequency with the beautiful Mother Gaia.

It can be hard,

But each month,

Each full moon,

We have an opportunity to let go.

And throughout that month,

We can gather those little challenges or those triggers,

Who has triggered you,

What has triggered you.

And then you can build that up to release under the full moon,

Powerful energy.

And likewise,

In another two weeks time,

We have a new moon.

And the new moon is setting ourselves up with new seeds to sow,

New boundaries.

Whatever is coming up for you that you're sick of in your life or maybe a person or the situation at work,

You can set your intention that you want something different.

This is how the cycles work,

How we can work with the cycles.

Leo is radiant and joyful,

Proud and confident.

So this full moon is about seeing that confidence within you,

Or if you're not feeling confident,

This is what our focus will be on to rise and raise your self-esteem and your self-worth.

Leo's love and live life to the fullest,

To the max,

Stepping outside of your fear,

Gathering that courage to take that beautiful step in your life that you have been so scared to do.

This is the time,

This is the energy to do it.

And Leo's also creative and theatrical,

So you can play with the energy,

Pretend with the energy until it forms into reality.

Because our thoughts,

The energy behind our thoughts creates our reality.

So let this full moon set us up for the year ahead.

I'm going to take you on a beautiful journey to your higher self.

And so as you start to let go more and more in this space and in this time,

Just put your focus on your body,

Starting with your feet and moving up through your body,

Through your legs,

Knees,

Thighs,

Just feeling into any aches and pains.

And you can focus a little energy here or set the intention as we bring in the beautiful earth and the full moon and the universal energy,

That it can dissolve these pains or lessen,

Lessen the stiffness,

The stuckness,

The dis-ease within your body.

So feeling into your hips,

Your torso,

Releasing your tummy muscles,

Taking some deep breaths into your lungs,

Feeling into your heart and opening that beautiful heart to receive.

You're completely safe to let go,

To be you in all your multi-dimensional facets.

Feel into your shoulders and your arms,

Your elbows,

Your hands,

Your fingers,

Wriggling your body parts and releasing any tension,

Any stress,

Any overwhelm where we hold our emotion,

Focusing on our neck,

Our head,

Our eyes,

Nose,

Mouth,

Ears,

Our mind,

Feeling the tension in our temples or the back of our head,

The back of our skull,

Giving it a little rub if you need.

And just take another deep breath.

We're going to ground ourselves by putting beautiful golden ribbons around our ankles and taking these ribbons down through,

If you're inside,

Through the floorboards,

Concrete padding,

Wherever you are,

Taking these gorgeous ribbons down through the layers of Mother Earth.

Your golden ribbons are so intuitive,

Like Mother Earth.

They go down,

Down,

Down through all the rocks,

The crevices,

The clay,

The dirt,

The stones,

The water,

Going down and finding Mother Gaia's beautiful golden heart in her core,

In the centre.

And you wrap your gold with her gold and you draw her gold up through those ribbons,

All the way up and connect this energy into your feet.

You are fully grounded and we open our crown at the top of our head.

You can actually imagine,

If you want to,

Your head is like a big flip-top.

Opening it up,

Or it could be your disc,

Your violet chakra,

You can open this up in the top of your head and we pour the energies down from the universe,

The energies of your ancestors,

The energies of crystalline,

Pure,

Healing energy,

The wisdoms,

The knowledge,

Your gifts,

Your talents.

And as this beautiful,

Sparkly,

Silver energy pours down from the heavens,

You are being lit up with all those beautiful six sensory traits that you may not even know that you had.

Flicking on that light bulb within our body,

In our aura,

In our etheric bodies,

We have been given the answers,

We have been given the love and the encouragement and the guidance to connect and follow,

To follow the guidance one step at a time.

All we need is right here,

Within us,

Our connection to the earth and the heaven.

We are the conduit of light and we bring these two forces together,

So that we may co-create and paint that beautiful tapestry,

This new year beginning,

This new number 8,

2024,

Equalling 8,

The infinity sign.

All is possible,

Miracles are possible,

Infinity and beyond,

The manifesting powers of 8,

So above as below,

Within and without,

The year of the dragon,

The Chinese dragon,

And how powerful that dragon energy is when we call on it and need it.

We call on the Archangels,

Archangel Raphael,

Michael,

Uriel,

Gabriel and Mitterand,

The north,

The south,

The east and the west,

The water,

The fire,

The earth and the air.

We are all,

And imagine all that we're calling in,

The fairy elementals,

The nature elementals,

The swirling around our being,

Like we are completely grounded in the calmness of that storm,

While all these beautiful beings are magically clearing and changing our tapestry to suit our inner being,

Our inner needs and our inner wants.

So as we are comfortable and fully in this room and in our heart with all the beings of light around us,

Imagine in front of you a rainbow,

Now this is a rainbow bridge,

A bridge from the old world to the new,

And call on a wonderful,

Beautiful guide,

It could be a loved one,

A departed one,

Whoever comes to mind is there with you right now at the beginning of this bridge.

Connect with them in hugs or hold hands or however you love to greet them with so much gratitude that they have arrived for you just like that.

And as you do take their hand you start to take steps over this bridge,

All the colours shining through you,

The reds,

The oranges,

The yellows,

The greens,

The blues,

Indigos,

Violets,

Magenta,

Filling your every single cell.

And as you are walking over this bridge these colours are also bringing up the shadow side,

The reds of ungroundedness,

Low energy,

Anger,

The orange of ego,

Ancestral karmas,

Sexual problems,

Yellow fear,

The number one stopper,

Fear,

Unconsciousness,

Low self esteem,

Uninspired and unempowered,

Disconnected to your intuition,

Green,

Broken heartedness,

Hurts,

Pains,

Jealousy,

Possessiveness,

Blues,

Non-communative,

Shut down,

Cannot speak out,

Afraid to speak out,

Untruth,

Indigo,

Psychic abilities,

Clarity,

Being able to see,

So not being able to see,

The bigger picture,

Stuck in your own mind,

In your own world,

Depression,

Violet,

Disconnected from yourself,

Disconnected from the earth,

Disconnected from up above,

Magenta,

The new rain of the rainbow,

This gives us a higher grace,

A higher perspective,

A deeper love,

A deeper understanding,

So all the opposites of that coming up for clearing and healing as you walk along your rainbow bridge and imagine it's like a backpack and your backpack is heavy and each acknowledgement and acceptance of who you truly are,

A multi-dimensional being,

You have faults,

You have shadow,

You have darkness within you,

For if you did not have darkness,

How would you be able to know the light?

So each acknowledgement,

Go through your life,

The people in your life,

The things you've done that are still in your consciousness,

Unforgiven,

This year is about forgiveness and balance and letting go of obligation,

A huge one,

Especially for light workers,

Release this like big rocks out of your backpack as you go and as these drop into the rainbow,

They dissipate into the liquid colours of the high vibrational frequencies of the rainbow,

Letting go of past hurts that do not serve you,

Why hold on to them,

Letting go of that unforgiveness towards that person that did you wrong,

You are the one that's going to suffer,

Not them,

It's time to let it go,

Letting go of that relationship,

That toxic relationship that you have stayed in,

Either a partner or a friendship or a boss or employee for years,

It is time,

This is the year,

No stone is going unturned,

Let it go out of your backpack and feel lighter,

As we let things go out of our backpack on this energetic plane,

Don't be surprised that things start to shift and move and shake in your world,

Opportunities to let go in the physical reality,

Feel yourself getting lighter and lighter as those rocks are dissipating into the rainbow,

We're almost at the end of the bridge and at the end of the bridge is this beautiful golden pathway,

It's time to step onto the bridge,

You feel lighter,

Inspired,

Joy in your heart,

Love like you've never felt before,

The love that you see when you look into a baby's eyes or when you pick up a kitten or a puppy,

That beautiful unconditional love,

You feel clearer in what you need to do this month,

In the beginning of this new year,

Setting your intentions,

Your boundaries and your time,

So as you're walking and enjoying the feel,

You might just be gliding along this golden pathway,

Up ahead is like this circular part in the pathway,

It's almost like a medallion or a crop circle,

It has this even higher vibe about it,

When you get closer you can feel the electricity from it,

But it's a good electricity,

It's a good elevated energy and without any apprehension or fear because you've left all that behind,

Your guide stands there beside you encouraging you,

You are encouraged to step into this medallion or crop circle,

Feeling the energy,

Feeling all your hairs stand up on end,

But feeling it with exhilaration and a renewed energy,

A high vibe energy and you've been asked to lie down in the centre,

You almost become this energy losing your body and as you are lighter and more in the frequency of this golden high vibe,

Crystalline,

Clean and clear energy,

You start to elevate off the ground and it's almost like you are this crop circle,

You are this golden energy disc and you are rising,

Rising and the beautiful full moon is above you and it's like a magnet drawing this disc,

Drawing you up,

Up,

Up through the atmosphere,

If there is any cloud around,

Through the stars,

Seeing the planets at eye level,

Getting closer and closer to that beautiful moon that illuminates you and everything around you,

You've been drawn up further and further,

Higher and higher and higher and as you become closer to the atmosphere of the moon,

This brilliance,

This light is blinding,

But not to you because you are this golden light,

The same type of frequency,

That high vibe energetic sun frequency and there is a door in the moon and as you get closer,

It opens and you glide through into the moon,

Through this doorway,

Just this amazing golden energy that you are in the form of a disc or however you see yourself,

A light,

A star,

A ball and you've been taken into this chamber in the full moon and in this chamber there is two chairs,

One for you even though you are a golden light and there is another chair and as you get closer,

You see the person in the chair,

This person is you,

But it is your higher self,

How do you see your higher self?

Your higher self is youthful,

Gorgeous,

Beautiful,

Inside and out,

She or he has all the answers,

All the wisdom,

He or she knows your pathway,

Knows where you are headed,

Knows what you need,

Knows what you don't need,

Guides you,

Shows you,

Is your connection to the higher realms as we muddle our way through the energies on earth,

So as you are both seated there,

Looking at each other,

Admiring each other,

Loving each other,

You are invited to bow heads with this being and connect through your third eye,

Your higher self is going to show you the possibilities for you at the end of 2024,

How you see yourself,

How far you have come,

What you need,

What your heart desires,

Where you are,

Who is in your life,

What feelings you have in your heart,

Who can you trust,

Who can you rely upon,

Who can rub shoulders with you in helping you to give and receive in a balanced state of mind,

Body and soul.

So take a few moments,

Where do you see yourself or where do you want to be at the end of 2024 and your higher self will guide you to this.

Now you have this beautiful picture of yourself at the end of this year.

We call on the energies and the vibration of the full moon to illuminate the shadow in our life,

To help us get to that destination or state of being and we call on the energies of Source,

God,

Universe,

Whatever name you want to say,

To guide you,

To remind you,

To show you the steps to take to get to that beautiful you at the end of 2024.

As you get up from meeting your higher self and bowing heads,

Either embracing,

Connecting through the third eye,

However you see it for you,

It's time to leave that chamber,

Come out of the full moon door and you are actually going to float above,

On top of the moon and you are going to gather huge handfuls of moon energy,

Moonbeams of beautiful feminine goddess loving energy and you are going to throw these moonbeams down upon earth and these moonbeams are going to touch people's hearts,

Touch the land,

Touch the areas that need healing with this powerful,

Significant healing energy.

Wherever you know the world needs healing,

Send these moonbeams there to all parts of the world.

She needs our help.

Let's just give it openly and from our heart and imagine seeing this beautiful energy all over the world,

All these moonbeams splashing into the water,

Energizing and cleansing and clearing the waterways,

Energizing our animals and our plants and the food that we eat,

Bringing in the life force,

Sending out that beautiful energy all around the planet until all the moonbeams are one and are encasing our gorgeous earth with this high vibe energy and see ourselves floating back down,

Down,

Down and seeing earth in a different light,

Full of rainbow colors and laughing and dancing and love and joy in the streets.

Tummies of full arguments of dissipated anger has disappeared.

Peace on earth,

Loving each other,

Connecting with each other,

Forming communities,

Giving and receiving.

This is such a beautiful reality that we can and will create.

We just need to cross that rainbow bridge and let go of the old world.

Bring this life into your life.

You can stay in this beautiful energy for as long as you need.

But I'm going to go now.
