Get yourself comfy,

Take some deep breaths,

Blowing out any energy that is within you that is about worry,

Fear,

Doubt,

Pain,

Guilt or anger.

Release that through your breathing.

As your body starts to relax and we open our hearts to receive.

Every time your mind wanders,

Bring it back to these words or my voice or a happy place that you have in your mind that brings great peace,

Joy and love.

From the centre of the earth,

Mother Gaia,

Imagine her heart beating strongly,

Vibrating out the vibration of love.

Down in the centre of her core,

Start to draw up through the layers,

Her love.

You can imagine it as a wave of energy,

As a colour,

As a ribbon,

As a rope.

However you imagine drawing up the energy,

The heart energy of Mother Gaia,

Draw it up now.

Draw it all the way up and connect it to your feet.

And from the ethers,

From the universe,

From the highest point out there,

From the point of love,

From the golden source or from whoever you believe to be true in your heart,

Start to draw down that cosmic light,

Beautiful energy.

Down through the planets,

The stars,

Through the atmosphere,

All the way down,

See it as a flow of energy,

Colour,

Could be gold,

Bringing the gold down or the white.

Ribbons,

Cords,

However you see it,

Connect that energy down,

Down through your higher chakras to your crown.

And with the beautiful Mother Gaia's energy at your feet and the universal love energy at your crown,

Start to swirl this around,

Gaia's energy coming up,

The universal energy coming down and whatever colours,

Rays,

Ribbons you see into your body,

Through every vein,

Through every artery,

Through every bone,

Through every cell in your body,

Connecting this beautiful universal love with earth love,

Vibrating at a higher frequency throughout your body,

Cleansing out any stuckness,

Any darkness,

Any cords clearing you,

Bringing in that love into your heart and opening you like a lotus flower.

You are fully grounded,

You are fully connected,

You are safe,

You are safe to travel through all time and space beyond this world,

Wherever this meditation takes you,

It is for your highest good and our guides,

Our angels,

Our masters,

Creator beings all hold the space for us,

They keep us safe in a bubble of love.

So as you feel completely relaxed and at peace and living solely in this moment,

Imagine that you are sitting by a lake or it could be the ocean or the river or a body of water of your choice and in this water is pure vibrational loving energy and as you either dip your toes into this water or your hands,

You feel the love and the cleansing energy of the water drawing up through your body,

Bringing in the element of water into your soul being and underneath you,

You feel the earth whether you are on dirt or sand or grass,

Whatever you choose,

You feel the earth beneath you,

You feel her strongness,

Her groundedness,

Her steadiness,

Her support for you and in the sky is our beautiful sun,

Feel the warmth from this amazing flame of fire,

The fire element,

The warmth shining down on you,

Feeding yourselves,

Feeding your soul,

Filling you with that healthfulness,

The rays igniting the light within your body and feel the warm air or it could be crisp air,

A light breeze on your cheek blowing through your hair,

Helping you flow more,

Helping you let go of what you need to let go of today with the four elements,

The water,

The earth,

The fire and the air,

We bring in these amazing gifts into our bodies,

Into our auras,

Into our soul and as you feel more at peace and more balanced before you,

In front of you in the distance,

You can see two very tall pillars and with curiosity,

You start to walk towards these pillars and as you get closer and closer,

You see that they are the beginning of a major huge gate,

These pillars are made of marble,

They could be gold in your eyes but they are strong,

They represent strength and the gate to the lion's portal is open,

Standing at the gate is someone there waiting for you,

A beautiful light being and as you approach this light being,

You feel the warmth,

You feel the connection without saying words,

You know in your heart of hearts that they are from the love and from the light and they are here to guide you,

To help you cross through into that gateway,

The unknown but to give you the courage like the lion and the strength from the gates to face whatever it is behind the gate and as you familiarise yourself with this beautiful light being,

You may recognise them,

They may be a departed one,

They may be a guide,

A master,

Could be an angel,

A being of light,

However you see this being,

You know that they are there totally to support and love you.

Take this being's hand and with the open gate,

Take your first step into and through this amazing gate.

Feel the support from your guide,

Feel the fear start to slide away,

Feel the strength and the love gather around you,

Feel the fearless of the lion starting to roll up from your feet into your legs,

The base of your spine,

Through your belly,

Your chest,

Your shoulders,

Up your arms and into your head,

Feel that fearlessness like the lion,

Know that you are safe and supported and as you walk into and through this gate,

In the distance you see a fire,

A fire pit,

There are two seats there,

One for you and one for your friend,

Your friend is with you all the way.

As you approach this fire pit,

You feel the warmth,

The heat,

The magnificence of what fire can do for you right now.

As you take a seat,

You still feel the love and the support around you and before you appears a paper and a pen and it is here that you write on your paper what is coming up for you right now,

What are the fears that stop you from moving forward,

Who are the ties that are tying you back or down,

What's the anxiety that rises in you,

What does it represent,

The lion's gate is an amazing portal to help catapult into oblivion,

Into a love universe that will heal for you.

This is a time as you write to heal,

To transmute your fears,

Your doubt,

Your pain,

Your anxiety,

Your shame,

Your judgment,

Guilt,

Anger,

Uncertainty in this very chaotic world.

Write down your fears here,

Write down what is ever going on in your life right now that no longer serves you,

The people,

The places,

Could be the workplaces,

Where you live,

Your job.

Take the time right now.

And when you have finished writing your list,

It may be one thing,

It may be one person,

Or it may be a hundred things,

Possibilities are infinite,

Whatever feels right for you.

Take this paper and it is time to throw it on the fire,

Burning the energy of the past,

Burning the energy that holds you into this limited space,

Burning the ego that keeps you back.

And as you see this paper in its full flames burning away,

Feel the lightness that comes from this throughout your body.

And as this paper makes a much bigger flame in front of you in the fire,

Within this fire you see the lion,

You see your reflection,

Your fearlessness,

Your courage,

Your strength,

Your manifesting powers,

Your empowerment,

Your joy,

Your sun,

Your laughter,

Your happiness.

And the lion beckons you with the support of your guide to stand up and take that step forward into the fire,

Knowing that you are safe and supported,

Knowing that when you do this,

You will be eliminated of some dark shadow that is within you.

Go on,

Take that step.

As you hear the flames crackling and you swallow what could be mouthfuls of pride or fear,

The lion holds you firmly in his arms,

The strong,

Masculine energy of the lion.

And as you literally feel like you are melting into the lion,

The lion starts to rise like a phoenix out of the ashes,

Rises the phoenix,

The fire,

The lion,

You,

You as one,

You as unison.

And as the embers trickle upwards towards the heavens,

So are you like a spark of light,

Dancing,

Traveling north,

Traveling completely upwards,

Untangling the shackles of the earth,

The shackles of your life,

The shackles of your ancestral people,

Your genetic timeline,

Being washed and cleansed because you command it.

And as you are entwined with the phoenix and the lion,

You rise and rise and rise until you are up with the stars,

Dancing,

Feeling free,

Feeling the power,

Feeling that all the encompassments of everything that you truly are,

Feeling the love in your heart,

Recognizing your gifts,

Your beauty.

And as you dance freely within the stars,

Flickering wherever you may like to be,

Before you is a massive ring of fire,

A portal where the lion leads you to take that step through the portal into another world.

And as you easily glide through this ring of fire into another world,

You understand the bigger picture of what is going on with earth right now.

You understand that things have to be played out this way,

That we have to face certain sufferings and tragedies to unlock our own potential.

And in the world that you have just stepped into,

Here is your potential,

Here are your gifts,

Here are all the colors in the universe.

And as you feel even more freedom and more lightness and more like mindedness with the stars and the moons and with the serious bright light star out there through that portal.

Take a few moments to think about your heart's desires.

Where do you see yourself in five years?

Where do you see yourself in two years?

What talents and gifts do you want to develop?

What creativeness within you is stirring?

We may be cleaning out and clearing our ancestral past,

But we are also open to receiving our ancestral gifts.

Throughout time,

Through many generations and lifetimes,

Our ancestors had the most amazing gifts,

The sixth sensing,

The knowing,

The innate wisdom,

The connection with the earth and nature and all of her cycles.

Open your heart to receive,

Put out there what your heart desires.

It may be peace,

Joy,

Love,

Compassion.

It may be stillness.

It may be an endless supply of food,

Water,

Clean water and air,

Whatever it is for you.

Dream big,

Dream your world.

How do you see the world?

How do you see yourself in the world?

Feel that love in your heart like you are looking at a baby kitten or puppy or newborn baby.

Allow that love to trickle and travel through every vein in your being.

Bring in that hope,

That inspiration,

That spark of joy that we are here to experience,

That we can overcome any fear that comes into our lives.

We can meet it head on with love,

Transmute the darkness into love.

Light always,

Always overcomes shadow,

Overcomes darkness.

Shine a light in a dark room.

You cannot put the light out.

Feel the fearlessness of the lion in the portal in the new world.

And while we are in this vortex of amazing energy creating our world,

Send out that love to all beings on this planet.

Send out the love to the chaos.

Send out the love to the ones that live in fear.

Send them love from this vortex,

Hope,

Compassion,

The caring kind beings humans are.

Imagine this vortex sweeping around the world opening people's hearts,

Laying down their emotions,

Laying down their mental dialogues and opening themselves to the creation,

The creativity,

The joy that lies within.

See people joining together in communities,

In groups,

Raising the vibration together as a collective consciousness.

See your family happy,

See any circumstances forgiven,

Mended,

Accepted.

This is all possible and this in the lion's gate is tenfold.

Use this energy,

That's what these gifts on earth have been given to us for,

To utilize,

To transmute.

As you feel all these amazing qualities,

Inspirations,

Loves and creativity within you,

We draw it into us and we take it back home with us,

Crossing through the ring of fire,

Floating,

Starting to float downwards as your spark of fire.

With the lion and the phoenix,

Your guardian with you,

Helping you every step of the way.

Down into the flames of the fire.

Take a step out of the fire and let's give thanks and gratitude to the guide that was with you,

Your beloved.

As they walk you back out through the lion's gate by your river or your lake and feel yourself slowly,

Slowly coming back into your body.

Wiggling your toes,

Wiggling your fingers and feeling that love,

That peace,

That calmness in your heart.
