Capricorn Full Moon Meditation - July 2023

Welcome to Jackie's guided meditation for the Capricorn Full Moon of July 2023. Take a deep breath, sit back, and come on a journey. Surrender the old, and bring in the new energy of the full moon season.

Welcome,

Welcome to a full moon meditation in Capricorn,

July 2023.

I did record a June 2023 but Insight Timer are going through changes and it has not been published yet so my apologies.

Take a deep breath,

Sit back and come on a journey with me to help surrender the old and move into the new.

This full moon is more about a gentle and soft energy,

A more peaceful energy and Capricorn is an earth sign so it's really grounding ourselves in the energies that have been happening in the last few weeks and months and bringing everything into alignment now.

We've had a new moon and a solstice,

The Schumann residence has done weird things,

There's all sorts of energetic things going on out there in the wider collective so it's very important for us to ground this energy.

Capricorn is also associated with time and responsibility so it's taking our time,

Allowing the full moon to shine and illuminate on the things in our life that we need to take responsibility for,

One step at a time.

They are also ready to learn from mistakes so it's letting go of that pride and ego and being practical and learning that self-discipline and control of what we truly need and desire in our new earth life moving forward.

Capricorns are also family orientated and they are very entrenched in traditional qualities and that craftsmanship so really good morals.

It's really important that we take these moments to sit down and reflect on our own rule book,

Our own morals,

Our boundaries.

They can change over time as we become more empowered,

Stronger and braver to face our challenges.

So take this time to rewrite your rule book.

What is right for you?

What will you not put up with anymore?

Relationships are changing,

Work circumstances are changing,

Home life,

Location,

You name it.

We are being shed,

Shredded in a sense,

Of the old.

And the family orientation can also be about connecting with the community,

A soul group,

Like-mindedness,

Sifting through even family members that are not resonating with your heart space and moving into a space of like-minded,

Beautiful soul families,

Soul connections.

Capricorns can also be a little bit stubborn,

The head of the goat and they find it hard to forgive.

So anyone in your past that you find hard to forgive from whatever circumstance you've been in with them,

This is an opportunity to release and surrender.

We don't have to forget but we can accept and transmute the wrongdoings you feel you've had done towards you.

And with Capricorn the fish tail,

I'm taking you into a guided meditation far into the ocean.

So join me,

Sit back and relax.

In the time from the Shuman resonance,

The solstice energy,

Our oceans have been encoded with light codes all around the world.

Water connects all life,

All continents,

All countries and we are made up of water.

So breathe in the energy of the oceans as we go through this beautiful meditation to transmute,

Transform,

Clear,

Surrender,

Accept and love ourselves truly deeply to the core of who we truly are.

Take a deep breath.

Let go of yesterday,

Let go of what happened in your morning or afternoon.

Focus your attention in this moment right now.

Feel your body,

Feel every part of your body.

Take some more deep breaths,

Relaxing your mind,

Letting go of what's happening tomorrow.

And we just scan our body for a moment,

Scanning from the tip of our head down to our toes.

And we're scanning for any blocks,

Aches,

Pains,

Dis-ease.

And we're sending unconditional love to these areas,

To our beautiful temple,

Our beautiful body that we are learning to love,

Love,

Love.

No matter how many blimps and blumps,

Scars and what not going on.

Connecting ourselves to the oneness and remembering who we truly are.

And as you move down through every cell of your body,

Acknowledging all that is within your own body,

Moving down into your feet.

Imagine beautiful ribbons around your ankles,

Colorful rainbow ribbons.

And these ribbons are going to go down,

Down through the floorboards if you're in a house,

Down connecting into the ground if you're outside.

In the core of Mother Earth,

Her beautiful heart is calling you.

She knows you,

She loves you,

She supports you.

She has so much compassion for what you have gone through in this lifetime and many lifetimes before.

And these ribbons,

Your inner knowing,

Know where to go through the rocks,

Volcanic matter,

Water crevices,

Gravel,

Sand,

Clay.

Through all the layers of Mother Earth,

Like we have layers within our body and etheric bodies,

We find her golden beautiful heart in her core.

Imagine her heart is like a beautiful golden huge beating energy,

Beckoning you to tie your ribbons around her,

To secure you,

To ground you,

To draw on her energy,

Her beauty,

Her awe,

Her wisdom,

Her wonder.

And we draw this energy up through our ribbons,

Up,

Up,

Up,

Going all the way up,

Connecting this energy into our feet and drawing her golden energy of so many qualities up into our living breathing cells.

Imagine this energy filling your veins,

Your muscles,

Your muscles,

Ligaments,

Tendons,

Bones,

Organs,

Glands,

Circulatory systems,

Bringing the gold up to any and all areas of your body.

Concentrating this energy into those blocks you felt earlier,

The dis-ease,

The discord within your body.

Bringing it all the way up,

Swirling it into your physical heart,

Pumping this golden energy through all your channels,

Breathing it into your lungs,

Filling your chest,

Your arms,

Your fingertips,

Breathing it up into your neck,

Your throat,

And into your mind like a beautiful golden explosion,

Lighting up those neuron pathways,

Igniting the dead ends,

Opening you to your 5D way of thinking,

Clearing out that old stagnant energy in the mind,

Those old patterns and conditions that are no longer serving,

Filling your mind with the golden energy of your 5D way of thinking.

And with gold,

Abundance,

Love.

And imagine your crown is opening to receive.

And as your crown opens,

The heavens pour this beautiful,

Crystalline,

High vibrational energy down from the heavens,

Down from the universe,

Down from source,

Pouring it down,

Down,

Down like silvery stardust.

With all your answers,

Memories,

Encodements,

Ancestral gifts and talents coming down,

Down,

Down,

Connecting into your crown and firstly filling up your chakras,

Igniting your chakras and spinning them into perfect harmony with you,

Where this beautiful,

High self,

High vibrational energy filters down through all your meridian lines,

Sparking them up like a beautiful,

Brilliant,

Silver,

Crystalline energy.

Going down through every single meridian in your body,

Through your central nervous system,

Correcting it,

Adjusting it,

Bringing it online.

And you have the beautiful gold of Mother Earth and the beautiful silver of your heavenly universe.

And we swirl the gold and the silver together through all your chakras,

All your body parts and we push it out into your aura,

Clearing out any smog,

Any dross,

Filling the holes in your aura,

Filling your magnetic field where you collect all this dark energy from other people,

Pollutants,

Circumstances.

Closing all those holes and filling your own aura with this beautiful golden,

Silver energy,

High vibration and we push that out into our etheric bodies,

Emotional,

Mental,

Spiritual and beyond.

Blowing out our chakras and our auras so we are in this huge chakra of our own,

This huge bubble of golden,

Silver,

Love,

Light,

Peace,

Joy and protection.

And now you are fully grounded,

Connected,

Relaxed,

Safe,

Safe to let go and roam.

You may follow my words,

You may go off on your own.

Meditation,

It is your journey designed for you.

Now imagine you are walking along a beach,

It can be any beach that comes to your mind.

You have bare feet,

You can feel the sand under your toes,

The earth element,

You can feel the air on your skin,

It may be breezy,

It may be cool,

It may be warm,

The air element and you feel the beautiful fiery sun shining down on you at just the perfect temperature,

Filling your soul with warmth,

The fire element.

And out on your side,

On your right side,

You can see and feel the ocean,

You can feel the sea spray on your cheek,

The water element.

We call in a beautiful guide to walk on this beach with you,

A loved one,

Departed one,

Or a light being,

A master,

An angel,

Whoever you choose is right for you,

Whoever pops into your mind is your guide for this meditation.

And you're walking along this beautiful beach,

Not a care in the world,

You are in your own reality,

Your own world,

Nobody else is on this beach except for you and your guide,

Maybe the odd seagull,

There may be some dunes around,

See the dunes on your left hand side and the ocean on your right.

As you're walking along you're becoming more and more relaxed,

More happy in your own skin,

More happy for just being you.

Your guide is there with you and in the distance you see something which sparks your attention.

And as you approach the something you see it is a fork,

A fork in the sand and one track goes left into the sand dunes,

The bush or over a big sand hill,

Grasses,

Whatever you see,

And on the right the track goes into the ocean,

A track that normally you would not take because you're going straight into the water.

The left hand track signifies,

Symbolic,

It is symbolic of drama,

Constant chaos,

Constant challenges,

Anger,

Anxiety,

Depression,

Pain,

Suffering,

Victimhood,

Perpetrator,

Narcissism,

It represents all of these low vibrational energies.

It looks like the easy track because you just have to walk over some sand dunes or walk through some bush.

The track on the right represents something different,

Something that requires trust,

Connection,

Hope,

Surrender,

And it is a track that you can't see yet.

The track on the left represents a person,

A person who is in a state of deep sadness,

And a person who is in a state of calm.

Everyone listening to this meditation,

I know in my heart you want to clear the karma and drama.

So follow me,

Trust this process and let's take the right hand path.

As this track seems to disappear into the ocean,

You have no idea where this will take you or even if you'll survive because we can't walk on water.

We could drown,

We could be eaten by a shark,

All the scenarios of fear come up within you,

All the reasons your ego is telling you not to go there,

And yet your soul knows,

Your guide knows,

Your intuition knows.

So be brave like the Capricorn,

Be strong and take a step into the water.

Take another step until you are up to your knees and you can see the waves crashing before you.

Feel that love and that trust in your heart chakra,

No matter what you are committed to this pathway.

The pathway of trust,

Letting go of control,

How you think your life should be.

Take another step forward,

Your guide is holding your hand.

Take another step and as you do,

The waters start to part.

Like a miraculous miracle,

The waters are dividing and before you is a beautiful,

Beautiful ocean.

And before you is a beautiful golden pathway beckoning you forward.

Trust the process.

On the left and the right hand of the side of this pathway are ginormous 10 meter high waves.

You can hear the rumble of the ocean.

You have no idea if these waves are going to come crashing down on you,

But your higher self is guiding you.

The higher knowing that all will be well.

There is no beginning,

There is no end,

We just need to take the next step.

So gingerly you take a couple of steps and the waters don't come crashing down on you.

You can feel the coolness of the ocean and you can see the path ahead of you.

It takes great courage to do something different from everyone else.

But take some more steps forward,

Your guide is with you.

And as you walk further and further into this scenario,

You look back.

The water is still parted and you can see two sets of footprints.

You and your beautiful guide who will never leave your side,

No matter how hard life seems.

Keep walking,

Trust the process.

And as you keep walking,

You start to gain confidence.

You know you're on the right track,

Even though you don't know anything about it yet.

And you're going deeper and deeper and deeper into the ocean.

You're feeling confident but you've still got that nervy fear going on.

That little bit of anxiousness,

Not knowing where you're headed,

But you trust a thousand percent.

You know God has your back or Source or whoever is that guiding light for you.

Keep going,

Keep going.

The waves are even taller now and you are on your own and you've been so brave,

So courageous.

But so guided by your inner knowing.

As you look back,

You are kilometers into the ocean.

And you notice that there is only one set of footprints.

And what you realize is that now your guide is carrying you,

Supporting you,

Showing you.

Because you've let go of control.

You've let go of how you think it should be or should look.

You're surrendering the old.

And as you keep walking and you feel the layers shifting from you,

All the shoulds and coulds and wannabes are releasing.

All the patterns,

Conditions,

Everything you thought you were,

You're letting go of.

We're moving into a new time.

We need to change.

We need to change our thinking and our ways and follow our trust.

Follow our intuition,

Follow our heart.

Follow our calling.

And what feels like the longest time where you may have walked kilometer after kilometer and now you feel you're in the center of the world.

There is something ahead of you that you cannot quite make out.

You've been guided on this pathway.

And as you slowly move one step at a time,

Nice and gentle and soft and peaceful,

You see it is land,

A piece of land in front of you.

And as you get closer and closer,

It looks like an island,

An oasis,

A tropical,

Beautiful island full of coconuts and tropical fruit.

You can see bird life,

All the colors of the rainbow in the birds,

The flowers,

The trees.

And you get to the shoreline of your island.

Your guide puts you down.

And it's almost you are gliding up onto the land.

And as you turn around,

You see the island.

And as you turn around,

This great parting of the oceans starts to collapse right before your eyes.

And now you're on this island alone.

Alone in your own thoughts,

Your own world.

You cannot even see the land where you came from.

You look around you,

Looking at your surroundings,

Wondering why you are here.

What are you doing?

You followed your pathway.

You followed your inner calling.

You trusted implicitly.

And up on the island,

You see this massive,

Massive clamshell.

And in it is beautiful crystals.

All sorts of crystals glistening and gleaming at you.

And the clamshell is filled with beautiful sea water encoded.

Light codes,

Sound codes,

Universal codes.

Codes to unlock your DNA,

Unlock your cells,

Unlock your mind.

To heal you.

The healing power,

The healing waters to heal your dis-ease within your body.

And you are beckoned to take a step in it.

Drop in your clothes if you had any on.

No one can see you.

This is your island,

Your oasis.

This clam is big enough for you to lie down in.

There's a soft,

Spongy cushion for your head.

And as you lie in this water,

You feel the electrifying frequency that your body,

Your mind,

Your mentality,

Your emotional bodies really need right now.

And as you lie there,

You feel your heart filling with so much love.

Bursting that you can hardly contain it.

You look up as the sun is going down.

You have a tropical coconut mango drink to one side and some beautiful fruit,

A fruit platter on the other.

You deserve this.

There are no tricks,

No trickery.

You took the path,

The hard path,

The path less worn,

The path of true trust.

And it has led you to freedom,

Tranquility,

Empowerment.

Wrap it up,

Enjoy it.

The water in the clam is constantly warm at the perfect temperature as the sun goes down.

The fruits taste absolutely divine like you've never tasted anything so exquisite before.

And as you lie there away from your own world,

In this other beautiful world that you have created,

You can see the beautiful full moon rising out of the ocean,

So to speak.

And beaming down on you.

And as this moon beams down on you,

You realise inside of the water that these light codes are ignited with the silvery moon's light.

And you can see out in the ocean,

All the life,

The beautiful tropical sea life,

Looking like glow fish.

The dolphins are glowing,

The whales are glowing.

You can see the glow worms in the sand.

There are fireflies,

Glowing fireflies buzzing all around you.

It is magical.

And as you lie there uninhibited by the 3D and all the happenings in your life,

You start to create a beautiful painting of what you really desire in your life.

Not so much the materialistic,

But the feelings you want to feel,

The connections you want to have,

The passion you want to feel in your work life.

So it's not even work.

The home you want to live in,

The garden,

The sustainability in your backyard,

The self-sufficiency and that connection of your soul family,

Your soul friends,

Your soul group,

Your community of like-mindedness.

Paint the most gorgeous picture even if you think it's way out of your depth right now.

Walking through the parted seas was way out of our depth.

But we did it.

With renewed hope,

Renewed vision,

Renewed love,

Renewed freedom.

Enjoy,

Enjoy this basking in your clam under the full moonlight,

Breathing in all the light codes that are actually already a part of you.

We're just turning them on.

Feel more chakras switch on in your body.

Feel your DNA shifting from two strands into many more.

Feel these old thoughts dissipate and clear from your mind.

Feel your body renewed.

All your cells working together from your command at a higher frequency,

Healing the parts in your body that are not a hundred percent.

Feeling your passion come alive,

Your intuition,

Your knowing,

Re-remembering who you truly are.

See the stars from above.

Recognize your star families.

Call them in.

They are there for you,

To help,

Love and serve you.

You may stay in this beautiful state for as long as you wish.

I will create the journey back to the land when you are ready.

So when you are ready,

You lift yourself out of the water.

When you become so light that you don't need any sea parted,

You float,

You're walking on water.

So much love and joy in your heart and peace.

Gliding across the ocean,

Not afraid of anything.

Being guided by the moonlight.

With your x-ray vision,

Seeing the life below the ocean illuminated.

Nothing is there to harm you.

Glide yourself back to the land,

Your guide with you.

After kilometer after kilometer,

But this way is so much faster.

See the ocean shore.

And as you step onto the land,

The foreshore,

See the other path going towards the sand dunes and the bush and the grass.

You see it blackened.

You're so blessed,

So much gratitude for not choosing that pathway any longer.

Your line in the sand starts now.

You choose new earth,

Renewed love,

Renewed responsibility.

Renewed family and soul connections.

You choose Mother Earth.

You choose to let go,

Surrender,

Let go of the control and be guided by your heart and intuition.

You can walk along the beach for a while.

It is time for me to go.
