Taurus Full Moon Meditation - November 2021

A guided meditation for the Taurus full moon lunar eclipse of November 2021. The eclipse makes the full moon even more powerful. When the sun, the moon, and the Earth align, energy is intensified and can bring in new opportunities to your life and relationships.

Hello,

It's Jackie here and thank you for joining me on this Taurus Full Moon lunar eclipse.

The lineups are just not slowing down at the moment so let's make the most of them and turn these opportunities into things that we can really deeply shift and really openly receive and manifest our desires.

So the eclipse makes a full moon even more powerful.

There's usually two eclipses in a row at an eclipse season and it is when the sun,

The earth and the moon align.

A lunar eclipse is when the moon moves into the earth's shadow so it intensifies everything.

It can bring in new opportunities and it is actually also responsible for sudden breakdowns so we can look at that as yes it's time to change something in our lives and but it can also bring in new opportunities that break through so to speak.

So let's couple that with a Taurus and it's ruled by Taurus and Scorpio,

An earth sign and a water sign and Tauruses can be about security,

Love,

Self-worth,

Our finances and our relationships and also the Scorpio about passion,

Again relationships,

Our sexuality.

So there's a whole pile of stuff going on in there and so I want to take you into this meditation to help you release the old and open yourself to the new.

So Tauruses we can look at our finances if we're living in the lack,

If we're feeling insecure or our self-worth is low,

Our relationships aren't working for us,

It can also be about possessiveness and jealousy and lack of love and control.

So all of these things just allow them to flow over your consciousness.

Now as I take you on a journey and open your hearts to receive and let go,

To get yourself comfy,

Take a few deep breaths,

Releasing and letting go of all the noise out there and bringing you into your own sacred space,

Not worrying about the past,

Not worrying about the future,

All that matters is now and when we're in that moment of now we have the opportunities,

The greatest opportunities to shift,

Release,

Transmute,

Open,

Create,

Manifest.

So as we breathe into our heart space,

The chakra in the centre of our chest,

A beautiful green emerald chakra may not be spinning right at the moment.

So as we breathe in,

We start breathing in the essence of cosmic golden crystalline energy straight through our lungs,

Cavity of our lungs,

Our chest and into our heart chakra.

And as we breathe this beautiful cosmic crystalline clear golden energy into our heart chakra,

It starts to spin in perfect harmony for your vessel.

And as it starts to spin in that rhythm to your own body,

To your own soul print,

You're flicking out all the hurts,

All the brokenness,

All the despair and bringing it back into its perfect equilibrium.

Imagine your heart chakra is starting to spin with sparkles,

Clean and clear,

Crystallized,

Deep beautiful emerald green.

And as it is spinning,

You are starting to feel your heart open with trust,

With love and compassion.

And as you relax into your seat or if you're lying down,

Your body starts to let go.

Let go of all your worries,

Traumas,

Dramas,

Kamas,

Other people's traumas,

Dramas,

Kamas,

Releasing and giving so much gratefulness for this moment that we spend together and this moment that we can connect,

Connect into our hearts.

And as we connect into our hearts,

We spread that love out through all cells in our body.

We send them out through every single cell in our body,

Through our body parts,

Our limbs,

Our organs,

Our bloodstream,

Our bones,

Our veins,

Our arteries,

Circulatory systems,

Spreading this beautiful green and golden energy throughout our whole body.

And as we spread this energy out up into our mind as well,

Clearing out the old dogmas,

The old stuck ways,

The patterns and conditions that keep us in the loop.

We cleanse and clear our thoughts and we push this beautiful green color,

Golden green,

Sparkly to the eye,

Out through your skin and into your aura.

And as we spread it out into your aura,

We're clearing all the negative specks.

We are plugging the holes,

Clearing the dross,

Cleansing your aura until it is sparkly,

Clean,

Crystalline,

Cosmic.

And we send that energy out into our etheric bodies as our aura starts to expand.

And you become enveloped in this amazing bubble,

This vortex of protection,

Of pure energy.

No darkness can penetrate through these walls.

Only light can seep in.

And as we just focus back onto our hearts,

We take this green energy down,

Down,

Down through our body,

Our legs,

Our feet,

Through the floor,

Down,

Down,

Down through Mother Earth,

Through all her layers.

As we go down,

We connect into her beating heart in the center of the earth.

And we draw her beautiful energy up,

Up,

Up,

Up,

Up until it connects into our feet,

Bringing Mother Earth's beautiful,

Supportive,

Loving,

Nurturing energy up through our body,

Connecting it into our heart.

You can see her energy in a different color if you wish,

Swirling it with the green and golden.

Feel yourself relax even deeper.

And as we send this beautiful energy from your heart up,

Up through the top of your body,

Through your head and through your crown,

And we travel this beautiful green golden energy through the clouds,

Through the atmosphere,

Past the planets,

Stars,

The universe,

We connect it to our higher self or whatever you believe in,

The heavens,

The universe,

Your God,

Golden light source.

And we draw that energy back down,

Down,

Down,

Down through the layers,

Back into our heart,

Bringing that cosmic,

Universal,

Golden source energy down into our body.

We are now fully grounded,

Fully connected,

Relaxed,

Protected,

And in a state of mind where we can just become lighter and in a sense,

Lift off.

And as we lift off out of our body,

You may see yourself as a light body,

An orb,

A glowing white figure,

Or just yourself in the beautiful gown or clothes that you wish to wear right now.

And as you look behind,

You see your physical body still there in peace and love,

Protected and connected.

And we draw on one of our beautiful beings of light to come with us on this journey.

This being may be a departed loved one,

It may be the same that always comes to you,

Or it may be someone different,

Could even be an animal as such.

Whoever that beloved is for you,

Could be an angel,

An ascended master,

A light being.

They are from pure love and they are here to serve.

And as this being walks beside you,

You feel the warmth from them,

That they will never ever leave your sides.

They're always with you,

Especially when you ask for them to be with you.

It is a universal law.

Call on them whenever you want or need.

So as we're still floating through,

Before us appears an amazing forest full of green,

Green trees,

A green mossy floor.

You can smell the green,

You can smell that earthy smell from the forest,

From the floor,

A damp smell,

But it's a lovely smell.

You may also smell the trees or the flowers.

Paint your picture of your first and your first floor however you want to.

There may be color in there,

There may be a running water there,

There may be baby animals or adult animals.

It is serene,

It is tranquil,

It is surreal,

But it is yours.

And as you walk into your forest,

You feel completely safe and you move forward with trust in your heart.

And in the distance there is something there for you,

A shiny thing from what you can see from far away.

It catches your eye and so you start to float or walk towards this shiny thing.

And as you walk you notice how your skin feels,

What temperature you are feeling,

What you are seeing around you,

What you are hearing,

What you are sensing.

And as you get closer and closer to this shiny thing,

You realize that it is a full length mirror.

And you walk up to this mirror and stare into this mirror.

And as you are in this altered state,

Totally protected and loved and supported.

Under the full moon,

The illuminating full moon,

The moon gives us the opportunity to see our shadow side.

It is nothing to fear,

It is nothing to shame,

It is nothing to guilt.

However you are being asked to take a step into that mirror.

Your guide is there with you and as you take a step into that mirror,

You realize it is a vortex,

Like a library of time,

Like your whole life flashing before you.

And under the full moon we have an opportunity to transmute,

Transmute what does not serve us anymore or transmute the emotions that are caught in our body or the trauma or the drama or the pain or the persecution that we have inflicted on others.

There is no judgment in this place.

It is very,

Very knowing that you are not being judged.

The only person judging would be yourself.

So as the library books are there of all of your years since birth,

You are asked to go through each year and the people,

The relationships,

The Taurus full moon shining down on you,

The shadow side of the relationships,

Not just you as victim but you also as you may have hurt someone else,

The anger at someone else,

The lack,

You know the insecurities,

The jealousies,

The possessiveness,

The ugliness of yourself.

You are safe to see it for just a couple of minutes and the people or the animals or the earth in your past,

Remember it's your past that come up for you right now to transmute and release.

So just acknowledge the feelings that go through you.

It might be sadness,

Depression,

It might be the guilts,

The shames,

The rejections or if you've rejected someone else,

It might be the hard time you've given someone or the lack of understanding or the lack of consciousness or compassion for where you were at that time.

This is an opportunity to face your own shadow self,

To feel the feelings but feel them lift off you as each memory comes up or it might not be a memory,

It might be a feeling,

An emotion.

You may not have anything,

You might have a really hardened heart of your past and your childhood or whatever,

We don't need to delve deep into the psyche of the trauma but just as far as you want to go today because the full moon will help you release,

Release,

Release it out of your body and as you feel it all clear out through your body like smoky waves traveling through your beautiful green golden aura because your beautiful green golden aura is your soul,

Your soul print and nothing can dampen that at all.

So cleanse and clear yourself,

Acknowledge and accept these memories.

Release,

Release the emotions.

Say to yourself,

I release,

I release,

I release and imagine it falling away from you and as all these memories,

Emotions,

Pictures,

Whatever it is for you releases from your body,

You feel so much lighter.

You are like a clear,

Clear light bulb or a clear orb,

Free,

You feel the freedom,

The unlocked blocked emotions from your heart and your body.

And as you have this sense of peace around you just like this relief,

Like this burden lifted off your shoulders that all is forgiven,

All is accepted that you are loved and nurtured no matter what you've done,

Who you are or how you have been treated.

You are a beautiful soul being.

And now you are asked in this void to step out the other side and as you step out,

You leave any residue behind in that void to be cleansed,

Clear,

Transmuted and you step out like that clear body and before you is a massive,

Beautiful tree of the forest.

You can picture it any way you like.

It could be an oak,

A pine,

Whatever comes to mind and you are asked to step into this tree because you are so transparent and clean and clear,

You just slither and slip straight into that tree and because you are this clear membrane,

This spirit,

This soul,

You actually merge into the tree as if you are the tree,

Smell the wood,

Feel the dampness on the inside of the tree or even the sap as you may feel it and feel your arms start to become the branches and your feet become the roots and your roots are starting to go into the moist,

Beautiful soil and as your feet turn into these roots and you go down deep into the earth,

We are reminded that we have an earth star chakra that sits about 12 inches below your feet and if you had your feet,

You can imagine that you have chakras at the bottom of your feet and they are connected to this earth star forming an upside down triangle.

Now this earth star is very so important now and it is starting to open and you can imagine it like the yin yang,

The black and the white and as it spins together it becomes this ball of energy and it is deeper,

Deeper down into the earth and it grounds you even more in these chaotic times on planet earth.

We need to be grounded even further and further down because what happens to a beautiful tree if it doesn't have deep roots,

It will topple over and in the energy of the earth at the moment,

The collective energy,

It is very easy to be sideswiped or toppled over so it is very important to focus on this earth star chakra and as this earth star chakra is opening,

Your branches are growing out even more which means your other chakras outside of your crown,

Your soul star,

Your stella gateway and more start to open as well.

So the more we are grounded,

The more we are open and connected and spiritually rising through the muck so to speak.

So as you imagine yourself as this massive beautiful tree,

You feel the love of mother earth and all the little birds and animals start to become more and more attracted to you because you're in this place of peace and love.

You feel totally secure.

You have no lack because your roots go deep down into the soil,

Bringing up the nutrients and the sky provides you with the water and the rain that you need to feel completely supported.

And as these little animals make their nests and run all over your branches,

You feel this connectedness to all this unity and you watch as a mama bird makes her nest for her babies and you see the eggs in the nest and then they turn into baby birds and you feel the joy and the love of the little chirps,

The cheep cheeps and the mom and the dad working together to feed their babies and you feel that love in your heart,

That family connection,

Your soul family connection.

And as you look on the other branches of your tree,

You see leaves,

Bugs forming,

Turning into beautiful bright green leaves as you grow and unfold as the beautiful,

Beautiful wise soul that you are.

Full of wisdom and knowing,

You see an owl land on your tree,

The hoo-hooing of its beautiful call,

The wisdom of the planet.

You might have a picture of what else you see in your tree.

You may have flower buds,

You may have nuts or fruit.

You are feeding the animals and as you look around,

You see baby trees all around you,

A family,

A community,

So completely full and content.

You are enough.

You have enough.

And as you see yourself as this magnificent tree and your aura is that beautiful golden green mixed with the earth and heaven energy,

You spread that energy out through the whole entire forest,

Making a difference to helping planet earth at this time with your loving,

Caring conscious thoughts.

And as you send it wider and wider,

Your aura covering the whole entire forest and it's moving out to the villages,

The small towns and to the big cities,

A blanket of golden green earth,

Heaven energy rippling out like a vortex of pure love,

Contentment,

Security,

Worthiness,

Values,

Integrity.

Send all that love out to every single corner of the earth,

Spreading it through the seas,

Through the waterways,

Through everybody's homes and everybody's minds,

Waving this energy as far as your eye can see and beyond until you know that your roots have gone deep down into the core of the earth and the energy coming up from the earth has been spread out into the entire earth.

And we see the earth with a beautiful golden green orb,

An aura of the love that you have transmitted outward to all.

Even the enemies,

We can say the corruptions and all that is on earth,

We send out the green love of forgiveness,

Acceptance,

Unconditional compassion and purity,

Cleansing and clearing everywhere that this green energy goes.

Your heart is completely full.

You have not just done an amazing job for yourself and your past and your shadow and your future and manifested all these beautiful seeds for you and the earth.

You have also done it for planet earth and the universe helping the helpers that are coming to earth right now.

And you may stay in this beautiful energy of love for as long as you need.

For now,

I'm going to just bring you back,

Back,

Back,

Back into your tree.

Feeling those toes in the soil,

Stepping out of your tree into the void,

Back through the mirror with your guide and walking out of the forest,

Feeling so alive,

So alive and so full of passion,

Joy,

Inspiration,

Creativity.

The world is your oyster,

So to speak.

Sow your seeds into the earth,

The Taurus full moon,

Water your seeds with the Scorpio passion.

And if you already had seeds sown,

Let's nurture them and give them some more nutrients of love and you walk out into your forest and back into your room where you are right now.
