Many of these beliefs have been so deeply ingrained in us that they continue on an auto loop… controlling our decision-making and ultimately, what we draw into our reality. So It’s time to get real with ourselves. We may think we want to live a rich and expansive life, but do we, deep down, feel worthy of it? In this powerful & insightful session inspired by the remarkable work of To Be Magnetic, we will not only focus on exploring any blocks you have to worthiness but also unblocking them by overriding old limiting beliefs with new more empowering ones so you can draw in your deepest heart's desires.

Hello and welcome to this meditation to help you step into your worthiness for the abundance you are calling in.

My name is Juana and I'm so honored to guide you in allowing more of what you deserve to flow in.

Look,

You can think all the positive happy thoughts you want till you're blue in the face,

But if deep down you don't truly believe you're worthy of abundance,

You will block it.

In this powerful and insightful session,

We will not only focus on exploring any blocks you have to worthiness,

But also unblocking them by overriding old limiting beliefs with new more empowering ones.

Alright,

Let's get started.

Please find yourself in a comfortable position.

Seated or laying is fine,

As long as your back is nice and straight.

Think tall like a mountain.

Rest your hands in an easy and effortless way,

Wherever they fall the most naturally.

Think relaxed yet alert,

And if you haven't done so already,

Close your eyes.

Allow any tension in your jaw to dissolve.

Allow your forehead to soften.

Allow your shoulders to fall naturally away from your ears.

Let go of any stiffness or rigidity in your body by keeping your concentration focused on your breath.

With every deep inhale,

Imagine you are breathing in calm,

And with every exhale,

Imagine you are breathing out any tension or stress present in your body or mind.

To help you unwind even deeper,

Imagine a warm,

Soothing light enveloping your whole body like a cocoon of relaxation.

Feel your muscles becoming loose and limp in the penetrating light of this cocoon as if you're floating on cloud nine.

Deep breaths in,

Deep breaths out.

Following your inhales and exhales from start to the very finish.

Visualize yourself in your favorite spot in nature or just a setting that brings you great serenity,

Where you feel safe and at peace.

Take this place in with all your senses.

What do you see around you?

What do you hear?

What do you feel?

Know that this is a safe place to explore your feelings of unworthiness and that by bringing them up to your light of consciousness,

You can begin to release them and set yourself free.

So set the intention to be honest with yourself about any blocks or barriers that you have to feeling deserving by repeating after me.

I allow myself to experience my whole truth.

I allow myself to see what is blocking me from the abundance I seek.

I allow myself to see the ways in which I feel unworthy.

I allow myself to see the ways in which I feel unworthy.

Now imagine a full length mirror appearing before you.

This is a mirror of truth that reflects right back to you your personal sense of worthiness.

Take these next few moments to gaze at your reflection before you and notice what arises.

What doubts or insecurities do you see reflected back to you?

Acknowledge it all without any judgment.

It may be hard to look at,

But remember you're in a safe space to do so.

Ask yourself,

What beliefs or judgments have I picked up along the way that contribute to my feelings of unworthiness?

Bring forward any memories that made you feel undeserving.

Ask yourself,

What past traumas or negative messages did I make my own?

Ask yourself,

How is this negative programming holding me back from living abundantly?

Ask yourself,

How is this negative programming holding me back from living abundantly?

Be open to whatever memories or insights your subconscious wants to share with you,

Trusting that this is what needs to be addressed at this time.

Permit yourself to see how these limiting beliefs needn't define you presently.

They simply aren't yours to carry around anymore.

It's okay to let the past go past.

It is safe to do so.

Let's reprogram any limiting beliefs into ones that serve you.

See that mirror image of you transform before your very eyes,

As you see a whole,

Worthy,

Authentic version of you.

See yourself surrounded by a radiant aura of confidence and self-assurance.

How does this confident version of you look?

How do they stand?

How do they speak?

How do they feel?

How do they act?

Feel a sense of pride and self-respect rising up within you as you recognize your own deservingness,

Irrespective of what you may have been taught to believe constitutes worth.

You are worthy simply because you were born.

You're a chosen one because you have a body and are on this physical plane.

That's all you need to claim your abundant birthright.

Accept this whole,

Worthy,

Authentic version of you as inherently you.

This is who you were born to be before pain,

Shame,

And other programming got in the way.

Repeat silently after me,

Allowing these words to seep into your very core,

Replacing any self-doubt with self-assurance.

I am worthy.

I am more than enough.

I deserve all the abundance that life has to offer me.

I allow all good to flow to me.

I allow all good to flow to me.

With each repetition,

Feel these words sinking deeper and deeper into your subconscious mind,

Replacing old limiting beliefs with these new,

More empowering ones.

Silently repeat,

I am worthy.

I am more than enough.

I am more than enough.

I deserve abundance in every area of my life.

I allow all good to flow to me.

With each repetition,

Feel your sense of self-worth and self-esteem growing stronger and stronger.

These are now beliefs you hold true about yourself.

Repeat again,

I am worthy.

I am more than enough.

I deserve abundance in every area of my life.

I allow all good to flow to me.

Allow yourself to rewire old patterns and limiting beliefs.

I allow all good to flow to me.

Imagine yourself stepping through this mirror and merging with this new empowered version of yourself that you see reflected before you.

You're now one with this grandest version of you.

Connect to a sense of integration and wholeness as you align with your truest and most authentic self.

Rest in this feeling of completeness for a few more breaths.

And so it is.

In a moment,

I will count you from one to five.

And with each number,

You will become more alert and awake,

Carrying with you a deep sense of worth and self-confidence.

On the count of five,

You will open your eyes,

Feeling refreshed,

Rejuvenated,

And ready to embrace all the abundance that life has in store for you.

One,

Starting to become more aware of your body to ground connection.

Two,

Feeling ever more awake and alert.

Three,

Taking a deep breath in,

Feeling a renewed sense of energy and vitality.

Four,

Taking a big breath out,

Reconnecting with your physical body.

And five,

Opening your eyes,

Feeling confident,

Empowered,

And deeply connected to your own sense of worth and value.

Welcome back.

Take a moment to savor the feelings of worthiness and self-esteem that you have cultivated during this session,

Knowing that you can carry them with you wherever you go.

Wow! Thank you, Oana! Graduate studies in worthiness. I saw myself pack the old beliefs in an old briefcase and burying it far away in the woods. That's the man I was. That's not the man I am.
