Clearing your womb space can be very,
Very powerful and can sometimes bring up some emotions,
Especially if you have trauma there.
So just remember that when we go into this,
If there is trauma there,
Just to think about the essence of that person before you cut the cords,
Rather than imagining the situation or the person themselves.
Sometimes just imagining the essence
is probably best,
And then to cut the cords.
Okay,
Let's get into it.
So just getting really
comfortable,
Laying down or in a seated position.
Laying down is best.
And just spreading your arms
out,
Palms facing up.
Perhaps you want to use an eye pillow.
Perhaps you want to listen to this
with noise cancelling headphones,
Just so you don't get disturbed.
A blanket to feel warm if you need.
Just getting yourself really comfortable.
Just closing down your eyes,
Making any last minute adjustments.
Just start to focus on your body,
Laying on the mat or the bed.
Feeling into your body,
Is there any tension?
Could it be more relaxed?
Could it be more comfortable?
And adjusting as needed.
Start to focus on the breath,
The inward and outward rhythm.
Not changing it,
Just noticing.
And start to lengthen the breath.
For the in count of five,
And the out count of five.
So for the count in,
One,
Two,
Three,
Four,
Five.
And out,
One,
Two,
Three,
Four,
Five.
Perhaps doing a pause after each inward and outward breath.
Continuing this breath in for the count of five,
Pause,
Out for the count of five,
Pause.
And this is a slow,
Deep breath.
Not too deep,
Just allowing the rhythm
of that five in and five out.
Continue this breath for a while,
Just to connect in to the present moment.
If thoughts start to come in,
If you hear noises,
Just coming back and focusing on that five in
and five out breath.
This breath is nose,
And nose,
Out through the nose,
In through the nose.
And then dropping the count,
Coming back to just the normal breath.
Just starting to scan your body now,
Head to toe,
Until you make it to the womb space.
Take notice of that womb space,
Just take notice without judgment.
Connecting deep down into the womb space.
What is the color,
Shape?
Only take notice,
No judgment.
Start to notice if there's any cords coming out of the womb space.
You may see these as black,
Or gray,
Or perhaps another color.
They may be thick,
Or thin.
Just take notice.
Do not connect these to anyone just yet.
And then thinking back to past lovers,
Any sexual relationships,
Whether they are one-night stands,
Or long-term relationships.
We think back to all past sexual relationships,
Past relationships that we've had in the past,
And we think back to all past sexual relationships.
Or long-term relationships,
We think back to all past sexual relationships,
But we start with the very first one,
The very first sexual relationship.
And you're just going to think of the essence,
You're looking at the cord that's attached to
the womb,
The essence,
And you're just using a violet flame.
You can use this as a sword,
As a knife,
As scissors,
Whatever it is.
And you're cutting that away and sending it off with love.
Continuing this process,
Cutting all the cords,
Sending back with love.
If you've forgotten perhaps the name,
Or the person,
Or like I said,
If it's too traumatic,
You can just cut away the cord.
If you just don't know who that's for,
Just cut it away.
Or think of the essence,
Cut it away.
Some cords might need a little more effort.
Check to make sure everything is removed from that cord that you've cut before moving on to
the next one.
If anything's left behind,
I want you to imagine pulling it out
and throwing it into a pit of violet flame.
And continue.
Until you get to your current partner,
If you have one.
And continue to do this cord cutting once it's only your partner,
If you have one.
You can send that cord some love and light using the gold light.
Sending gold through,
Gold energy through that cord to your current partner.
But only do this once you've cut away all the other cords and removed them completely.
Connecting back in now with your room space.
Having a look around.
Has the color changed?
Does it look different now?
If you feel there's still more that needs to be removed in this room space,
Scoop out that energy,
Whatever you feel needs to be removed.
Scoop it out
and throw it into the violet flame.
Your room is clear now.
You should feel lighter,
Freer,
Cleansed.
At any point,
If you feel like you have forgotten to cut a cord from someone,
You can always come back to this meditation.
Connecting back in with the body now.
Starting to move your hands and feet.
Giving your body a little bit of space now.
Starting to move your hands and feet.
Giving your body a big stretch.
And when you're ready,
Start to open your eyes.
