Transcript

Start by closing your eyes in a seated or laying position.

Take notice of your body.

Do you feel any restrictions or discomfort?

Make any adjustments so that you feel more comfortable and more relaxed.

Take a deep breath in inhaling through the nose and exhaling through your mouth.

Take another deep breath in making it long and strong and then sighing it out.

Take another deep long breath in holding at the top then letting it all go and now coming to a normal breath.

Imagine roots growing from the soles of your feet going deep into the earth's core.

Feel the stability and support of the earth beneath you.

With each breath feel more connected and grounded.

See those cords at the center of the earth.

Wrap them around a large crystal of your choosing.

Drawing up the energy of the crystal into your feet all the way up through the body to the crown of the head.

With each inward breath you feel more earth energy entering your feet and being pulled up to the crown of your head.

Bring this energy in all your cells,

Organs and now bringing your attention to your breath.

With each inhale imagine breathing in abundance.

This abundance can be in any form,

Love,

Wealth,

Health,

Joy,

Opportunities.

Breathe it all in.

Feel the energy of abundance filling your body with each breath.

With each exhale release any doubts and fears that may be blocking your abundance.

Do this for some time.

Breathing in that abundance.

Exhaling and releasing any fears and doubts.

Then coming back to breath without thought.

In your mind now I want you to repeat the following affirmations.

Feel each word deeply.

I am open and receptive to all wealth life offers me.

Abundance flows to me easily and effortly.

I am deserving of all the good things that come my way.

I am a magnet for success and good fortune.

I release all resistance to attracting money.

I am worthy of a positive cash flow.

Visualise yourself now in a beautiful serene place.

A place where you feel completely at peace.

It could be a beach,

A forest,

A mountaintop or a place that resonates with you.

In this place imagine a golden light surrounding you.

This light represents infinite abundance.

Feel this light penetrating every cell of your body,

Filling you with a sense of richness and fulfilment.

Now as you sit in this bubble of light I want you to focus on the feeling of gratitude.

Gratitude for all the blessings life has brought you so far.

Feel the warmth of gratitude in your heart.

Feel it completely immerse you.

Thank the universe for all the blessings that are about to come your way.

Feel that complete immersion of energy of abundance and energy of gratitude now surrounding you.

Now slowly bring your awareness back to your breath.

Wiggle your fingers and toes and when you are ready gently open your eyes.

Take a moment to sit in stillness or lay,

Carrying that feeling of abundance and gratitude with you.
