Nora is a compassionate teacher who helps students release stress and tension, strengthen the body and mind, and learn to relax deeply. Modifications and adaptations are offered to make the yoga class experience positive for all. Nora encourages and inspires her students to learn and grow. She motivates them through challenges and helps them to find joy and ease. Nora conducts RYS Yoga teacher trainings as well as Restorative training yin Training, Prenatal training, Therapeutic training and more.
