This is a moving practice done while seated with enough space to move your arms out to the side. It begins with the recharge exercise, moving energy along the inside of the legs, to hips to side ribs. It ends with a reclaiming of complete alert calmness as you do an exercise called Taking Down the Flame (as taught by Donna Eden). Repeat daily to stay grounded and in your heart space, always moving through life from a place of love.
