Welcome.
Today we're going to focus on the body's innate ability to heal itself.
We're going to work on the immune defense system.
Your first line of defense to enhance your immune system is your aura,
Your auric field.
So we're going to do a little meditation to help strengthen the auric field.
Close your eyes and just be aware of your body and the surface that you are sitting or lying on.
And we'll begin with three nourishing breaths.
I'm going to take a long deep breath in through your nose,
Filling up your belly,
Your ribs,
Your chest.
And allow that breath out through the mouth with a big audible sigh.
And we'll do two more breaths,
Breathing in through the nose.
Really feel the ribs expanding,
Belly,
Ribs,
And chest.
And let the breath out through the mouth.
And one more breath like that.
As you let the breath out through the mouth this time,
You're going to feel the body completely relax,
Just allowing your body to sink into the surface that you're sitting on or that you're lying on.
And begin to breathe as though you're taking energy in from the earth below you and the sky above you.
And the inhale brings the energy from the earth below you up through the feet,
Pelvis into the heart.
And as you exhale,
Just allow that energy to settle at your heart.
And then when you inhale,
You feel the energy from above you,
The energy from the great central sun coming in through the crown of the head and all the way down your throat and into your heart.
As you exhale,
You just allow that energy to settle at your heart.
Then we draw in a third breath and that energy brings in both the energy from the earth and from the sun at the same time,
Entering from the bottom and the top.
Where these energies will meet at your heart.
And as you exhale,
You just feel that energy in your heart growing bigger and brighter.
Now continue to draw in the energy from above and below,
All the way into your heart.
And let the exhale feel that energy grow bigger so that your entire torso is filled with white light.
And then with the next inhale,
You're still drawing in energy from above and below,
All the way into your heart,
Center of your chest,
Level with your heart.
Now this energy grows bigger and your whole body is full of this energy.
And as you breathe,
You're going to continue drawing in the breath,
Drawing in the energy from above and below,
All the way into the heart until you feel your body pulsing like liquid plasma or pulsing of your heartbeat.
And as you continue to breathe this way,
Bringing in this energy and feeling this pulsing sensation in the body,
Be aware of the surface around you.
It extends about an arm's length all the way around you,
Your auric field.
Now begin to pulse this energy inch by inch with every exhale into your auric field.
So feel it first just at the surface of the skin.
And then you feel it about an inch around your entire body.
And as you breathe out,
You pulse this energy a little further out,
Just creating a very organic shape around your body.
As you breathe out,
An oval shape around your foot,
Away from your skin.
And you breathe in and you draw more energy into the heart.
And as you exhale,
You begin to feel that energy pushing out as far as your fingertips can reach when your arms are outstretched.
You can imagine that energy in front of you.
So if you were to extend your arms in front of you,
It would be as far as your fingertips can reach.
And behind you and above you and below you.
Begin to feel this pulsing energy.
So this energy coming in from the top and bottom at the same time into the heart.
And the exhale,
You can push that energy and feel it out just as far as your fingertips can reach.
This big egg shape around you,
And it's pulsing with liquid plasma from the universe,
White light from the universe.
Begin to feel that pulsing with your heartbeat,
Pulsing with each breath.
You feel it vibrating.
You can feel it.
Maybe you feel a little tingling or some heat on the surface of your skin.
Notice if you can see any color.
And now just allow your breath to be natural,
But still feel this pulsing energy going out from your heart all the way to the very edge of your auric field,
Creating this egg shape kind of bubble around you,
Protecting your energetic field.
We know that dis-ease begins in the outer layer of the aura as maybe a trigger or maybe a shadow that you haven't dealt with.
You haven't dealt with,
And then you get triggered by that same shadow again,
And it gets closer and closer and closer.
And then it manifests as dis-ease in your body.
So in order to protect yourself,
Keep this auric bubble,
This auric field pulsing with light and strong.
The aura is your first line of defense to help the immune system be strong.
And when you need to strengthen the aura,
You can quickly bring in the breath from the bottom and above,
From the earth and the sun into the heart and pulse it outward.
And the more you do this,
The easier it gets.
So where it took you maybe,
You know,
10 breaths to pulse your aura outward,
The more you do it now,
Maybe it takes you three breaths,
Or maybe you could do it in one.
Strengthening the aura strengthens your immune system.
You can sit with this pulsing sensation for a while.
When you're ready,
You can slowly blink your eyes open and continue with the rest of your day.
