Energy traveling on the flow of your breath.
Energy flowing from that center spine throughout your whole body.
Energizing every part of your being.
Come aware of the sensations.
Sensations in your physical body as your breath travels,
As the energy flows.
And then feel how every exhalation ends in the third eye,
The space between the eyebrows.
Breath flowing,
Ending in the third eye.
As all of your attention is drawn into the third eye,
Look into the space between your eyebrows.
As your breath settles in the third eye.
As we move into this next phase,
You can adjust your body if needed to be in an ultimate comfortable pose.
Throughout the whole session you remain motionless and awake,
Conscious and alert.

Become aware of the entirety of your body as you are resting on the surface beneath you.
Bring the awareness to your feet,
Calves and thighs.
Feel them weighing down,

Allow the front of the body to weigh down onto the back,
And the back to sink down even deeper.
Sense your arms and let them just weigh down.
Solving all tension from your shoulders and your neck,
Allowing the head to rest.
Head resting heavily,
Whole body weighing down.
Surrender to the pull of the earth and let go completely.
Give up all resistance and allow yourself to weigh down.
Sense the heavy sensation all over and let go,
Feel into it,
Allow yourself to sink deeper and deeper into stillness and silence.
Become aware of your breath,
Equal flow of in and exhalations,
Effortless,
Slow breath.
Then make every breath four counts long,
Four counts for the inhale and four counts for the exhale.
Without any strain,
Without any doing,
Breathe in four counts,
Breathing out four counts.
Become aware of the natural pauses in between where the breath seems to stop as you transition from an inhalation into an exhalation,
As you breathe four counts and transition back.
Then start counting back every exhalation from ten to one.
Ten,
Exhale deep and sink down.
Nine,
Feel yourself descending.
Eight,
Drop completely and totally into the omnipresent field of gravity.
Seven,
Feel yourself being pulled into a deeper layer.
Six,
Descending into darkness.
Five,
Surrounded by stillness and spaciousness.
Four,
Transcending to the light.
Three,
Dissolving in expansive awareness.
Two,
Moving beyond time and space.
One,
Culminating in endless,
Unlimited,
Boundless being.
Beyond time and space,
Free from past and future,
You are completely free.
And bring all of your attention to your navel point and the space behind it.
Contract all awareness into this space and experience all energy spiraling into this center.
Intensify your imagination.
Feel the energy from the earth flowing into your Manipura chakra,
Warming your inner being.
Visualize the spacious energy around contracting into your navel center as radiant beams of light.
Feel your inner fire igniting to a source of endless power.
Rest back in this powerful space.
