In life there are two paths to choose,

The path of love and the path of fear.

The path of love is paved with appreciation and gratitude and feelings of fortune.

When we choose the path of love we see challenges as opportunities to grow and expand to our highest self.

We take responsibility for creating our own reality and have a deep sense of trust in our own greatness,

The goodness of others and life as it keeps directing us back to our own authentic path.

The path of fear is paved with regrets,

Worry and feelings of misfortune.

We try to control life and others and cling on to everything we believe we need to fulfill ourselves.

Instead of taking responsibility we judge and blame ourselves and others.

We live with guilt,

Shame and resentment.

By choosing appreciation and gratitude we open up to a life filled with fortune,

Abundance and miracles.

With oozing out love our energies are raised to the highest vibrations and love,

Well-being,

Peace and happiness are welcomed to flow into our lives.

Now close your eyes and take a long deep breath in and fully let go on the exhale.

Gently breathe and feel how with every progressive breath your body softens and your heart opens.

With an exhalation let go of any worry,

Any tension or fear.

Let go of control,

Surrender to life and trust.

Allow yourself to simply be.

Release all doing and let everything be as it is.

Open up to life in all its colors,

Dimensions and flavors and be with it.

Let go of control,

Surrender to life and trust.

Then feel an inner smile appearing and from your heart feel grateful for all the fortune in your life.

Allow everything,

Everyone and every experience that adds to your well-being to flow into your field of awareness.

Take a deep breath,

Let go of control,

Surrender to life and trust.

Then bring into your awareness your misfortune.

See how this brought an opportunity to learn and grow into the best version of yourself.

Feel grateful for that.

Then bring your hands onto your heart.

Take a breath and feel the expansive space in your heart and your whole being.

Meet the world with this open loving heart and wish happiness,

Peace and well-being for all.

Continue to meditate or as you wish gently open your eyes.
