I am relaxed and rested.
As I lay down to go to sleep now,
I feel my body relax and rest.
My legs are completely relaxed and rested.
They are supported and sustained and resting comfortably.
I feel this relaxing energy moving up through my hips,
Through my stomach,
Relaxing all of the muscles and organs that have worked so hard for me today.
I feel this relaxing energy moving up through my chest,
Calming my heart,
Calming my lungs,
Slowing my breathing and relaxing my every muscle.
I notice this relaxing energy moving up now through my throat,
Relaxing my jaw.
I feel my jaw relax and rest as I breathe easily and effortlessly.
I feel every muscle in my face relax,
Rest,
Loosen.
My head is relaxed and rests calmly on my head.
I feel my arms and hands resting and relaxing and I gently begin to fall asleep.
I listen to the words on this tape and I am not kept awake,
But I sleep easily and deeply,
Knowing that my subconscious mind easily receives what it needs to fully act as my servant.
And every time I listen to this recording,
I relax more deeply and fall asleep easily.
I love to listen to this and every time I listen to these ideas,
It continues to reprogram me to accept new ideas of success,
Of unlimited wealth,
Creativity and well-being.
As I hear these messages over and over again,
They are imprinted deep into my subconscious mind and they work miracles in my life.
I sleep easily and I am completely rested.
And these ideas,
Although they inspire me and motivate me,
Do not keep me awake.
The more I hear them,
The more I rest and sleep and allow them to do their work in my subconscious mind,
Reprogramming me for ultimate success.
I sleep peacefully and restfully now and all night long.
And when it is time for me to awaken in the morning,
I awaken easily,
Rested and ready to start my day.
I am ready to exercise my body,
Meditate my mind and move forward in my day as the successful person that I am.
I rest and slip even deeper into a peaceful sleep now.
I am rested and I am relaxed.
I am reprogramming my old beliefs.
They no longer run my life.
And I am safe and secure and supported by a universe of love.
I am loved and I am always,
Always,
Always at choice.
As I hear these ideas,
I am open-minded and receptive,
I sleep easily.
Though my subconscious mind easily accepts all of these ideas,
I continue to sleep,
Rested and secure.
I know that my subconscious mind is my servant.
It is the doer.
It hears these ideas and it goes to work to bring them into my life and to bring into my world exactly what is needed,
To the fulfillment of my dreams.
Everything is working for my highest good.
The universe is seeking to supply for me and support my highest dreams.
The universe is my friend.
It is friendly.
And it is constantly saying yes to the dreams in my heart.
I am thrilled and excited to see the abundant blessings of good that are constantly showing up all around me.
I am filled with joy to witness the abundant good the universe is revealing to my eyes,
My mind and to my experience.
I am filled with joy.
The universe is my servant and is constantly bringing to me the people,
The places and the resources to fulfill my deepest desires.
I realize right now that I am at choice and that my new choices outweigh the conscious and unconscious choices of my past.
I no longer identify with limitation,
Unworthiness,
Lack or any of the beliefs that have caused me to suffer.
These beliefs no longer have a hold of me and I am at choice now and in the future to choose my new beliefs.
And I do that right here and right now.
As I sleep,
I am accepting these new beliefs.
They are deeply embedded in my very being.
I accept them now.
They operate in me and through me.
I choose beliefs that are supportive,
Loving and filled with unlimited possibilities.
These empowering beliefs support me in living at my highest vision.
I really understand that I am at choice at every moment.
I am choosing my mental environment in a way that is supportive and that supports my highest vision.
I am choosing my beliefs consciously.
I am at choice.
I am aware as I proceed through the affairs of my day that I am choosing the way I perceive life.
And I choose to see that life is constantly blessing me,
Supporting me and conspiring to do me good.
The entire universe is conspiring on my behalf.
I am at choice now and forever.
That I consciously and unconsciously choose to believe that I am supported,
Sustained and supplied in every way.
Life is safe.
Life is joyful.
Life is a grand adventure.
Life is abundant.
And life is to be lived.
I live life abundantly in every way.
Experiencing the support I desire,
The love I deserve and the wealth that is mine.
I am free in every way.
I refuse to entertain thoughts that argue with this truth.
If they come up I simply recognize them for what they are.
And I choose instead to know and align my thoughts,
My beliefs with deeper spiritual truth.
I do not need to accept blindly what other people say about how life works.
I am creating a new belief system and a new paradigm for my experience of life.
My state of mind is not determined by others beliefs,
Words or actions.
My state of mind is determined by my beliefs.
And I believe that I am a center in the infinite mind.
And I am enough.
I am free from the beliefs,
Actions and words of others.
I can love others and I can let them have their own experience.
But I am free.
I am creating beliefs that support and honor this life in me.
I am free.
As I listen to this recording I sleep peacefully and I relax.
And I allow these ideas to take root in my subconscious mind.
I know that the law knows what to do to reflect these truths back into my life.
And I rest deeply in this knowing.
I am supported.
I am secure.
