These are key ideas everyone needs to know! We need to teach this to our children and young people who are directionless and spending too much time on social media. Excellent way of looking at comfort & discomfort. With discomfort it makes me appreciate comfort. But deliberate ‘discomfort’ has definitely brought positive effects such as exercise (going for runs & hard exercise) which after rebelling, I actually grew to love! Thank you for this course. 😊🙏🏾💕
