In this course we'll talk about how small acts of peace and kindness can add up to be a really positive force for good in the world.
We'll talk about three core principles, one in each of our three sessions together:
1. Peace to Me: how we can work with the way we think about others to better define our actions towards them.
2. Peace to You: how we can foster more peaceful attitudes and approaches to those we know.
3. Peace to All: how we can foster more peaceful attitudes and approaches to those we don't know, or encounter fleetingly.
In this complicated world we live in, I hope you'll join me for these three sessions, and find them helpful to nurture more peaceful thoughts and actions within yourself and your relationships with those around you.

Chris has been practising mindfulness since 2017.
Having studied his Undergraduate degree in Philosophy at the University of Reading, his mindfulness practice and theory often involves a very philosophical way of thinking, and a focus on wider society and human nature. In the past, he has also had a great interest in Eastern religious and philosophical schools of thought, including those of Zen Buddhism, Traditional Buddhism, Hinduism and Sufism.
He also greatly enjoys being in nature and increasingly takes inspiration for this in his mindfulness and meditation practices and recordings.
He loves being able to help people, especially in their struggles with everyday mental health, and hopes to be able to help make the world a better place in his small way though his talks and guided meditations....

Peace to Me
In this session, we'll talk about how you can foster more peaceful attitudes and ways of thinking about others within yourself and your own mind. This and showing yourself more peace and forgiveness will be a good base from which to start growing more peaceful actions and active behaviours towards others in the next two sessions.

Peace to You
In this session, we'll talk about how you can foster more peaceful behaviours and actions towards those you know or see regularly. By applying what we learnt last session, we can begin to cultivate more positive reinforcement, and learn to deal with negativity by allowing it space to cool off somewhere it can't cause trouble.

Peace to All
In this session, we'll talk about fostering more peaceful relationships with those you don't know, or encounter fleetingly. We'll apply similar principles to those we learned in the last two sessions, but in a more subtle way, to send small seeds of positivity out into society through the people we meet every day.
