A quick track to take you through some relaxation exercises to let go of a stressful day before sleep. Feel free to listen to this as you like -- before bed, in bed before you go to sleep, in bed while you fall asleep, however, works best for you. We'll go through some breathing exercises, affirmations, and visualisations, with the aim of feeling more sleepy. You can also keep repeating the exercises after we've finished if you need!
