Today we’re starting with 396 Hz Solfeggio frequency which corresponds to root chakra, its’ color is red and the mantra is LAM. Associated emotions may include safety, feeling comfortable with who you are and letting go of fear. Theta wave binaural beat will help us to get into meditative state quickly and you can repeat LAM mantra with me if you feel like doing so. It will help deepen the healing effect.
