Accepting yourself meditation.
Sit or lie down and close your eyes.
Make sure that you are comfortable.
Then you go with your attention to your breath.
Just observe how your breath is in this moment.
If you feel that it's still a little high,
You can place a hand on your belly to help your breath get deeper.

When you are lying or sitting like this,
You feel that you become calmer and more and more relaxed.
Breathe deeply and slowly,
Feeling more and more relaxed.
Now imagine that you are walking on a lovely trail alongside a small river.
You enjoy the sound of the water flowing.
It relaxes you even more.
You hear the birds singing and you feel a soft breeze touching your skin.
Walking on the trail,
You feel more and more relaxed.
Walking on the trail,
You feel more and more connected to nature.
More and more connected to the earth.
You feel grounded and more and more relaxed.
After walking for a while,
You come at a place where you can easily go into the water.
You feel drawn to the water to refresh yourself.
When you're with your feet in the water,
You feel a sensation of lightness.
It feels so soft,
Light and magical.
You notice the water is washing away negative thoughts and beliefs about yourself.
And that is why you start feeling lighter and lighter.
Everything that no longer serves you is washed away by the water.
Everything that is holding you back from fully and completely accepting yourself.
You stand for a while in the water,
Enjoying the feeling of the water washing away your negative beliefs.
Enjoying the lightness you're feeling more and more.
After a while,
You look up and you see Archangel Michael has come to help you.
With his blue energetic sword,
He is taking away all the cords that still connect you with your thoughts and beliefs that you're letting go of.
He helps you to let them go completely and takes away the roots and the cords that were connecting you to them.
When Archangel Michael is finished,
You thank him and he goes away.
You stay in the water for a little longer.
You feel calm and peaceful.
You now get out of the water and back on the trail.
You walk back feeling lighter and refreshed.
More peaceful and more sure of yourself.
Now hold on to that feeling when you slowly come back to the here and now.
Back to the place where you're lying or sitting.
Slowly you start moving a little and when you're ready you open your eyes.
You now get out of the water and back on the trail.
