Noa is a burnout warrior and has experienced all difficulties that come with a burnout. In her battle, she learned how she can calm her nervous system. Also, making the body feel save, even with disturbing sensations is something Noa learned to do, to activate and stimulate the self-healing ability of the body. This is something she wishes to pass along to others in need. Meditation inspired Noa to pay it forward, and with her calm voice she tries to give people hope and a save feeling of being in the here and now.
