Hello,

Dear one.

In this moment,

Let's take a pause,

Step back from whatever is going on,

And acknowledge how you feel.

Nervous,

Stressed,

Anxious,

Worried,

Scared.

Do not judge or criticize yourself.

It is perfectly alright to feel the way you do.

I invite you to close your eyes as we connect to the breath.

Breathe in through your nose for three,

Two,

One.

Inhale through your mouth for five,

Four,

Three,

Two,

One.

Inhale through the nose,

Three,

Two,

One.

Blow it out through the mouth,

Five,

Four,

Three,

Two,

One.

Inhale through the nose,

Three,

Two,

One.

Exhale through the mouth,

Five,

Four,

Three,

Two,

One.

Return now to a natural,

Gentle breath and allow these words to wash over you.

Ease.

Set your mind at ease and have faith that things will work out the way they are supposed to.

Take a nice,

Deep breath in and blow it out.

Calm.

The mind is like water.

When it's turbulent,

It's difficult to see.

When it's calm,

Everything becomes clear.

Inhale deeply.

Exhale fully.

Joy.

Joy is not necessarily the absence of suffering.

It is the presence of God.

Take a deep breath in and full breath out.

Faith.

Faith is sitting in the middle of the storm and still being able to close your eyes and picture the sunny skies,

Still being able to feel the better days coming.

Deep breath in,

Full breath out.

Peace.

If you are depressed,

You are living in the past.

If you are anxious,

You are living in the future.

If you are at peace,

You are living in the present.

Inhale deeply.

Exhale slowly.

Bask in this tranquil space for as long as you like and know that you can return to this tranquil space at any time.

Namaste.
