It features a blissful full-body relaxation and a guided journey to leave you feeling strong, balanced, and of course, calm. Welcome to this guided meditation where we will use the breath and visualisation to help soothe your nervous system and allow you to tune into a state of calm and tranquility.

This practice brings about balance,

Ease and blissful relaxation.

Begin by lying down on your back.

Adjust yourself so that your spine is straight.

And place your hands away from your body with your palms facing up towards the sky.

Let your legs be completely outstretched with your feet flopping out the sides.

And if it feels good for you,

Softly close your eyes.

And just move your jaw a little side to side.

Relax your tongue.

And feel all the muscles in your face soften.

Relax your eyelids,

Eyes and eyelashes.

Relax your right eyebrow,

Left eyebrow and the space between your eyebrows.

Feel your whole body become heavy and allow yourself to be completely supported by the ground beneath you.

Relax your right hand thumb and all the right fingers.

Relax the whole right arm as the chest and collarbones fall and shoulders become heavier.

Relax your whole left arm and all the left fingers and the left thumb.

Listen to the beat of your heart.

Notice the rise and fall of your belly.

Relax your hips.

And take three slow,

Full deep breaths in and out.

Relax the whole body as the Mug Cooperative Bone.

Breathe deep.

Now place your attention onto the space just around your body.

Notice the temperature of the air.

Notice the sensation of the space.

Become aware of being aware.

Now begin to place your attention on all the space inside of your body.

Notice where you begin and end.

Observe your inner landscape and allow yourself to be exactly as you are.

Tune into the space around your body.

Notice how this space is alive and buzzing with energy.

Then begin to visualise different streams of frequencies flowing all around your body.

Observe the different streams and frequencies you have tapped into today,

And notice what you brought with you into your practice,

What emotions and feelings are present.

Think of these energetic streams like radio station frequencies,

And you get to choose which one you want to tune into.

And notice that flowing amongst all these energies is a stream of the most pure and peaceful calm.

And as you adjust your antenna to tune into this frequency,

You begin to feel a wave of calm roll through your body.

Soothing,

Softening waves rolling down from the crown of your head to the tips of your toes.

Pure peace.

Feel the pulsating waves wash through every inch of your body.

Some enveloped in calm,

And notice the stillness that arises.

Soak up all the sensations that come with the frequency of calm,

A tranquil place around you and within you.

Breathe in calm.

Breathe out calm.

Continue to sink into a deeper state of calm,

Even deeper than you ever thought possible.

As you breathe in,

Drink this current of calm.

Allow any areas in your body that feel stuck to be filled with this frequency of pure peace.

Notice the shift you have created in your body and mind.

Our personal power and our health relies on us choosing to respond to situations rather than react to them.

You can choose to soothe and nourish your body.

You can choose to tune into this frequency of calm.

And very slowly start to come back to the space you are in.

Notice the feel of the ground beneath you as you gently wiggle your fingers and toes,

Twitch your nose.

And know that you can choose to carry this calm with you throughout your day,

Allowing it to spill over to all those who need it.

Become a beacon of calm,

Radiating peace.

And know you can tap into this whenever you need with a slow,

Deep,

Conscious breath.
