This is a meditation for when you're feeling alone and anxious.
When your sacral chakra is blocked,
It can make you feel detached from your own emotions as well as the emotions of the people around you.
You may feel isolated,
Lonely and anxious.
Traumatic experiences such as emotional abuse and neglect can disrupt the flow of energy in the sacral chakra.
And blocking your sacral chakra involves feeling at home in your body and allows emotions to flow freely through us.
Let's begin in a comfortable seated position.
Closing your eyes and begin by taking three deep breaths.
In through your nose and out through your mouth.
Now imagine an orange glow of light right below your belly button.
Feel and visualize this color orange swirling around this area.
If you want to conquer the anxiety of life,
Breathe in the moment,
This moment and live in the breath.
Nothing can bring you peace but yourself.
Find company with yourself and you'll never spend a day alone.
Find love within yourself and you will never have a lonely day.
When you feel lonely,
Remember you have books to nurture your mind,
Hands to create something and explore,
Breaths to calm your nerves,
Nature to clear your worries.
And stars to decorate your dreams.
Now let's bring in our affirmation for today.

And now let's take some time to just go within and breathe.
Slowly and gently start to bring some movement back to your body.
Wiggle your fingers,
Move your neck from side to side.
The second chakra is represented by the water element.
So today I want you to drink lots of water.
Water acts to help flush the system of both physical toxins and spiritual.
Move your body.
70% of your body is made up of water.
Put on your favorite song and just move to the music.
Today try to appreciate any little thing you can.
Pleasures light us up.
And finally pick one part of your body to appreciate and accept where you are right now.
And find bliss in knowing that you are always changing.
