Find your way into a comfortable seat and we will get started with EFT tapping for the solar plexus chakra.
The solar plexus chakra is located about 2-3 inches above your belly button.
It's the third chakra of our seven chakra system and its color is yellow like the sun in the sky.
And just like the sun in the solar system,
This chakra's fiery energy is the center of our personal power.
This chakra helps you to figure out who you are in the world.
It also maintains your vital energy and connects you to your purpose,
Your power,
Your sense of self.
It develops between the ages of 14 and 21 and when you think about it,
It makes sense.
Between these ages we're moving away from our parents,
From needing them so much.
We're wanting to be independent.
We're wanting to form our own identity.
And it's during this time that we'll develop a sense of integrity and leadership and confidence and willpower.
Physically this chakra rules digestion but it also has a role in the health of your gallbladder,
Liver,
Spleen,
Stomach,
Small intestine,
Pancreas.
And when you have imbalance in this chakra,
Physical issues like ulcers,
Eating disorders,
Colon disease,
And also muscle disorders can show themselves.
Traits of someone who has a very balanced solar plexus chakra,
This person will get things done.
They know what they want and they go for it.
They have a powerful sense of confidence and leadership.
They're practical,
They're organized,
They radiate warmth,
Think of the sun.
They're dependable,
Strong sense of self without being too showy or overpowering or having too strong of an ego.
Someone with an underactive solar plexus will experience a lot of anxiety.
Think about that knot in the pit of your stomach when you're anxious and stressed.
Someone with an underactive solar plexus chakra will also experience cowardice,
Emotional fragility,
A lack of confidence,
Lack of self-esteem,
Lack of self-discipline,
Can't quite get things done,
Tend to be a little unorganized and unfocused.
An overactive solar plexus chakra is also possible and someone like this will be very prideful,
Demanding,
Domineering.
This person also will strive towards perfectionism.
They'll be overly critical of themselves and others,
Very arrogant and controlling,
Stubborn and aggressive.
Their fire is just burning too hot and they will burn others and things around them.
We'll start to move through the tapping points now.
If you're unfamiliar with these points,
They can easily be found in a simple search online.
I will give you the best description I can verbally,
But if you need more direction,
Feel free to seek that out.

The first round of tapping will sound a bit negative.
If you've never tapped before,
I'll remind you that our intention here in the first tapping session is to draw out all of the imbalance,
To bring it to the surface,
To call it out,
To face it,
To shine the light on it.
And so this first round may feel a little uncomfortable and stir up some feelings and emotions and even some stuff that was buried.
Trust me,
This is a good thing.
I want you to really feel what comes to the surface.
As you breathe here,
Let's rate ourselves.
Starting from a zero being you're feeling very confident,
Very self-assured.
You have a strong sense of self.
You're feeling sunny,
Joyful and light.
And then a ten on the opposite spectrum.
You're not having much self-esteem at all.
You actually feel pretty bad about yourself.
You have low confidence.
You're always questioning and doubting yourself.
And you don't feel connected to a purpose.
Now where on the scale do you sit?
And name that number and remember it because we'll return to the scale after we tap.
Let's begin tapping on the karate chop point on either hand.
Repeat after me if you can out loud,
But not silently is fine as well.
Even though I carry a knot in the pit of my stomach due to this anxiety,
I still love,
Honor and accept myself.
Even though I feel so self-conscious in certain situations,
So unsure of myself,
I still love,
Honor and accept myself.
Even though I feel disconnected from my purpose and my personal power,
I love,
Honor and accept myself.
Even though I feel myself being over controlling in certain situations,
I still love,
Honor and accept myself.
And even though I feel like I'm carrying all of these imbalances in my solar chakra,
I'm going to work to release them and let them go.
Tap on the top of your head.
All this low self-esteem and self-doubt.
Eyebrow.
This always second guessing myself.
Side-eye.
Being way too critical of my looks and my thoughts and all my actions and my intelligence.
Under the eye,
I still love,
Honor and accept myself.
Upper lip.
I feel this anxiety in my stomach.
In my chest.
Collarbones.
All this anxiety in my whole body.
Under the armpit.
Constantly feeling like I'm being walked all over.
Top of the head.
Like my power is just slipping through my fingers.
Eyebrow.
And I'm always feeling like the victim.
Side-eye.
I'm just going to honor all of that.
Under the eye.
And in blessing all of these imbalances.
Upper lip.
I'm also allowing them to move through me and to be healed.
Chin.
So I can feel more balanced in my solar plexus chakra.
Collarbones.
So I can feel more confident in everything I do.
Under the arm.
I'm already feeling lighter.
Top of the head.
Letting some of this stress and anxiety ease.
Eyebrow.
Feeling more connected to a balanced,
Bright solar plexus chakra.
Side-eye.
And releasing all of these old stories,
Feelings and beliefs that are not mine to carry.
Under the eye.
Releasing the roots of negativity,
Low self-esteem and lack of confidence.
Upper lip.
Releasing the stagnant and the stale energy in my solar plexus.
Chin.
I am choosing to feel and know confidence.
Collarbones.
I am choosing to feel and know inspired action.
Underneath the armpit.
I am choosing to feel and to know this vibrational frequency of confidence.
Top of the head.
I am choosing to feel and know happiness and joy.
Relax your hands to your knees.
Notice your breath.
Breathing in and out of the solar plexus chakra.
Visualizing this yellow glow,
This warm radiance.
Growing and glowing here.
Rate yourself again on how you're feeling about confidence,
Self-esteem,
Your place in the world,
Your sense of self and just plain who you are.
Zero being that you're feeling really great about all of this.
Very grounded,
Secure,
Confident in yourself.
And ten being that you're still not feeling very good at all.
Almost like you have no confidence,
No self-esteem,
No purpose in the world.
Maybe that number dropped.
Maybe it stayed the same.
Either way,
Trust that in this process you'll begin to let go of what is not yours to carry so that you can feel as you naturally should,
Which is very secure in yourself.
Confident,
Good,
Safe.
Take a deep breath in and out and we'll go through another round of tapping.
Tapping on the top of the head.
I am choosing to take control of my well-being,
Eyebrow,
And release old stories,
Experiences,
Memories that don't serve me.
Side eye,
These old energies that keep me from feeling confident in who I am.
Under the eye,
Feeling proud of who I am.
Upper lip,
I am brave.
Chin,
And I step bravely and confidently into my power.
Collar bones,
I call back my power from the places it has been dispersed.
Underneath the armpit,
I call back my power now.
Top of the head,
In body,
In mind,
And in spirit,
Feeling the balance of my solar plexus chakra.
And so it is,
And so it is,
And so it is.
Feel free to repeat that last more positive round of affirmative tapping as often as you need until this number on the scale drops down.
